Worst vending machines EVER. Extremely unreliable. I work at a hospital in Stockton and these machines are broken down more often than not. Many of us rely on these machines for lunch or a drink. They are constantly broken or having issues with taking card. Then when I try cash it won't accept cash either.

Paid for my drink and it didn’t provide anything. Called the service number for a refund and it’s a local person. Greg seemed bothered I was calling, then said to call again on Monday. Then he was talking to me like I’m stupid saying, “So, why are you calling? Is it not working? Does it need attention now?” and then I had to explain to him I don’t live in town and he was like, “Well, I can go out on Monday and figure it out and then mail you your refund. I just said, “Don’t worry about” and hung up. Sorry to bother you, dude.

The machines at my work are constantly "offline" and won't accept cash or card payment. Or when it does accept payment from card, it charges my card but doesn't give me anything.
