I work with the owner of Capay Hills Orchard, in his "other job." He wisely opens a bag of smoked almonds for his co-workers to enjoy while we're working.

Unlike the smoked almonds sold by large corporations, Capay Hills smoked almonds are not just covered by a smoke-flavored powder. Instead, they are actually smoked over a fire fueled by almond wood. Their texture and flavor are vastly superior to anything found in a grocery store.
