Carman Ranch is great! I regularly buy their ground beef and chuck roast. I appreciate having a grass fed, grass finished and regenerative option available. My only complaint is I can’t buy more of their products direct because I would like to avoid giving my money to New Seasons to get my chuck roast. But aside from that, I think their beef is amazing and I feel great eating it! Highly recommended!

We did a burger competition between our grass fed Carman Ranch beef and typical corn fed beef from a really good local butcher. (Our friend was very confident his would win). It was hands down Carman Ranch. The flavor in some ways seems almost gamier (In a really good way!) than regular beef. It’s soooooo delicious. Try it and try it again. It will become very difficult to have any other type of beef.

My wife and I are avid hunters so we are used to elk meet. The free range beef they have eats very much like the elk we harvest in turn it is just as tasty as elk meat !
