Called multiple times over a 3 or 4 hour period because I wanted to order a part. Put on hold for over 10 minutes so I left two detailed messages 2 hours apart but never received a call back. Called and expressed my concern with the person who answered the phone Michelle, she was helpful and told me that customer service had been in meetings all day but they just now concluded the meeting so I'll transfer you. I just got put on hold instead. If this company was a waitress, I would not leave a tip!
