Decided to invest in some quality cheese and it did not disappoint! Cheese was shipped via Next Day Air and got to me before NYE. Their cheese profile/fact sheet provides a lot of info for what you’re trying to find, and what you can’t find you can request a live chat with a chessemonger on their site. Was really helpful and I would love to buy again!

Fantastic cheeses. A+. Harbison and Willoughby are particular favorites. I just got back from a couple weeks in France- you know you're making top-quality stuff when the French cheesemongers know and love your stuff halfway around the world.

Awesome!!! I placed an order on very short notice. I sent an email asking them to please get my package there by Christmas. They couldn’t make any promises. They shipped and delivered that yummy cheese cross country in plenty of time for the holidays. Thank you Jasper Hill 🥰

I bought their amazing cheese The vault 5 cheddar that was cave ripened and I have to tell you it's some of the best cheddar I've ever had!! They actually had it at Aldi's here in Florida would love to go to the actual farm for a visit and a tour and of course to buy lots of cheese.

Whenever I can find their cheese I purchase it! After returning from France there was a thought I had lost quality cheese of my baguette but these guys really stepped up! Great cheese from the soft spectrum to the normal cheddar!

I am ashamed to write that my cheese experience has been pretty much based on Borden yellow or white, with a touch of Boursin on special occasions. Those days are behind me now, thanks to Jasper Hill. A fabulous friend sent me a huge package of various cheeses to offer at a pre-50+1 high school reunion party at my home. The upside was that it was the best cheese we ever ate - the downside is that people ate so much cheese they barely had room for the main course, let alone dessert!

Bye bye Borden. You have lost me forever. And I know what everyone is getting for Christmas!

I toured this farmstead cheese maker farm as part of a cheese training seminar. I cannot possibly convey the magnificent adventure adequately. Intelligently run artisanly cheese made with heart and soul. I am a better person for this experience that will.never be forgotten.

Truly amazing cheese, even for someone who eats a wide variety of cheese and has a relatively high standard. They make some incredibly complex and unique flavors. Definitely give them a try anytime you can!
