I recently had a terrible experience purchasing from this dealership, and I’m extremely disappointed. I was working with a salesman named Jeff, who initially gave me a quote over the phone and assured me that all fees would be waived. This was a major purchase—over $5,000 for a Christmas gift for a family member—so I trusted the information I was given.

After traveling over an hour to make the deal, I arrived, and Jeff suddenly started hiding numbers and charging extra fees. To my shock, not only did he fail to honor the initial price he quoted, but he also went back on his word to waive the fees. The next day, I received a purchase order, and the final price was significantly higher than what we had agreed on, including additional charges that were never mentioned.

I trusted the John Deere brand, and I was wrong. It’s incredibly disappointing that such business practices are allowed to happen, and that Jeff’s dishonesty went unaddressed. I will certainly be reconsidering my future purchases and advising others to be cautious.

Do not trust this dealership or their sales team.

Billy & Fred were excellent! Great deal, superb financing & delivered Next day! Fantastic! Furthermore, I am super satisfied with choosing John Deere sub compact tractor 🚜 over Kubota (they are nice machines). But as a mechanic I appreciate the more intimate engineering of JD as well as its operation. Turning radius is awesome!

Anyway's I would definitely see Bill & Fred again for future needs.

P.s. to management. If it was not for Bill & Freds excellence, I would have given a few less stars for the following reasons.

1) I run repair facilities and can tell a lot by the sounds in a mechanical shop. I watched the parts & service counter play with their phones for 2 hours in silence during my purchase. In dire need of the equipement I casually asked how long a PDI (pre delivery inspection) would take. One answered 3 days... When I asked if anything could be expedited I was directed to another and was told 1 week. I played stupid and questioned isn't it just an inspection of fluids, tire pressures ect. 1 week. Fortunately Bill & Fred still got me the tractor the next day! Pdi or not I Needed the machine. So to be sure I PDI it myself before operation and found interesting things including outrageous tire pressures Specs Front: 22 Rear: 41. Mine were FR: 51psi! FL: 47 psi! RR: 23psi! RL: 21psi! Unreal!

2) You need to fix your pos machines. They put different meaning to pos... I had an issue during purchase and had to go to the bank... my cards work everywhere else.

Then, I actually ventured to a few of your locations for items in stock at each one. And was having the same issues when attempting to pay! So inconvenient. I was apologized to about a "known" issue. Same story, different locations. So why stress out your employees & slow anyone down from handing over funds? Are you not in business?

Good morning I recently purchased a Stihl Edger, the first day using this piece of equipment I could tell that it was not working properly. It vibrates very violently and does not leave a smooth detailed and crisp cut behind. I returned the item to the store giving the service manager very detailed information on how this piece of equipment did not function correctly. She said I will have my technician take a look at it. I was told by her that they let the edger run during the day in the shop and the technician said that the edger was running perfectly fine. I had to return this item 2 or 3 more times and it still does not work correctly.. I would like my money back for this item.

My father and I have been coming here since they opened this location. Our last visit for an oil change/tune up on our lawn tractor will be the last time we step foot in this place. Some older man who worked here was so rude and arrogant to my old man that he picked up his equipment and brought it elsewhere. I have never seen my father do something like this...

Upon arrival at new place the mower deck had issues never seen before and seized up with all sorts of smoke pouring from the belts. We will never ever return after all these years of giving you business. Very disappointed with the experience my father had down here and even more frustrated the poor treatment of my father by that one particular staff member. I wish I was there to hear it with my own ears....................

Very bad experience with this company. Bill Hoffman is the worse. We were looking for a tractor and went to central jersey equipment. Bill was the one we dealt with. Kept changing price everything we spoke. Finally decided on tractor was delivered. Uwhen starting tractor for 1st time it began to surge. Called to advise. Bill said he would send someone out. Never did. Called again and person we spoke to said Bill never put a work order in to send repairman. Called again, no response. Finally went therein Morganville. Told them come pick up tractor we no longer want. Serviceman came took tractor still did not get money back.. WE WILL JUST CALL NEWS 12, KANE IN YOUR CORNER

He was able to thoroughly explain the differences and benefits between a traditional mower and a zero turn rider, and the best practices for helping me grow a better lawn.
It made my choice so much easier.

I love my 3025E. However, the service form this location is very slow. Last year I brought a sub compact in and it took 5 months. Today, I needed to do a repair and was told 3 months so I ordered the parts and am fixing myself. am not sure how fast the Kubota dealers are but I am thinking I should have bought from them.
