As someone who cooks mainly for myself, it’s so nice to make each meal instantly tasty with Josef’s seasonings. I’ve used the curry basil and the original for roasting vegetables over the years, and the garlic herb goes with just about anything! My new fave is the the hot cilantro lime, though—I love it on sautéed zucchini. Yummm.

It’s also been fun to see my friends become obsessed with these spices after giving them as gifts one year. So dang good.

We initially received Chef Josef's seasonings as a Christmas gift from a family member who is an excellent chef himself. Need I say more? These are life changing! Lol. But seriously, they are amazing blends. We love the Garlic Herb for everyday, the Original for summertime barbeques, and try the Curry Basil on your eggs in the morning....OMG! We have purchased these again and again and have given as gifts as well. I hope I am not going on too much. But they are really excellent quality. Oh and the Lemon Dill blend is awesome on salmon. I don't do a lot of reviews but these are really worth having. Next I plan to get the big bag of Garlic Herb seasoning. It is my go to and tastes great on everything. I also like the fact that these don't have MSG as I am allergic...no matter what the media says these days. Thanks Chef Josef!

If I could only take three things with me to a deserted island, Chef Josef's Garlic Herb Blend would be one of them. An absolute favorite in our household, we put it on just about everything. It's honestly that good. Yes, if you haven't tried it yet, you are missing out on one of the finer things in life, what the heck are you even doing? Go buy some right now!

The Curry Basil and Original spices from Chef Josef have been game changers for me. I add them to eggs, avocado toast, salad dressings, mixed in yogurt for a dip... I am not a great cook but these spices make my meals and snacks taste like I am!

One of the best uses, in my outdoorsy opinion, is taking a small container of spices camping. Eating food outside is even more delightful when it tastes like a real meal - and Chef Josef's spices make that happen.
