Unfortunately, it was a bad experience coming to this place, a complete nightmare. My appointment was at 9:00, I arrived at 8:30 am and I'm leaving at 2:40 pm and they charged me a lumper of $427.00 USD. Please charge your loads correctly because you are going to lose even the one you had already grabbed for later. Good luck and I hope these comments help you.

I’ve had good experience. Appointment 8am. Arrived 7:20am. Left 10am. Staff very supportive. Guard first made mistake with my truck name so I’ve could miss my appointment because of that but I was proactive and has feeling like something wrong, asked him if he has my truck the list and we found out that name was wrong so he acted quickly to give me a door, and even came to double check if I am at the right door. After unloading dock lady told me that I am done and can go and get my paperwork, I went there paid lumper and left.

Makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever. I’ve lost around $100 just waiting for a sheet of paper thus far.
Why am I being held hostage?
They charged $420.00 to unload 10 pallets and have the nerve to charge an additional $9.75 for A CONVENIENCE FEE!!!!! Who the hell is this convenient for?

In at 6:00 for a 6:30 appt. Called to a door at 7:05 and Aaron of 11 am, I'm still not unloaded. The fact that you pay a lumper then you have to wait a very long period of time to get your paperwork is just truly uncalled for. This is one very pathetic grocer whse.

The guards were very pleasant when we checked. It finally got a door around 10 o'clock with a 9 o'clock appointment. Didn't get unloaded until 10:30 11. When they started only, they had half a truck finish unloading probably around 1 o'clock and then it took 2:02 hours to get paperwork. Got to love it.
And the girls who do the paperwork. All they want to do is sit around and gossip about everyone.

Arrived 7am for an 8am appt, docked at 8, its 12, they charged a $194 lumper to unload 14 pallets in 4 hours, and still dont have the paperwork ready. STAY AWAY DRIVERS, LAZY 🤡🤡🤡 WORK HERE. Id give them 0 stars if I could.

So far so good folks here are real nice but trying to get into the place can take a few minutes depending on the traffic. If it’s your first time here you will enter on NW 27th Ave. pull up to the guard shack hand them your papers they will usually tell you to park in the staging area which is immediately to the left you can’t miss it. After a short wait at least for me the guard came up to my truck and assigned me a dock door and gave directions to it. The receiving office for the docks that are on the same side of the building as you enter will almost be directly across from the guard shack. Friendly folks in the receiving office will take your papers and get your phone number from you and will call you when your unloaded.
Once they call you have to exit the facility on the other side so a left around the building park along the fence and the receiving door on the other side between docks 12-13 will have your paperwork.

Waited for 4hrs to get a door and after that 2hrs for unloading and all guards are very rude on the gate
