I was greeted by a very nice woman at the counter that seemed to be genuinely enthusiastic about the quality of my visit. I ordered the Kickin' Kay Lynne, BLT style with a fruit cup as my side. I was also told about the Chicken Salad Chick app, which I did download, to earn points toward rewards/food at future visits. That's a plus. The same woman's enthusiasm continued as she brought my order to the table where I was seated. Her positive attitude actually made me feel happy to be there and added to the enjoyment of my visit. I wish I had only captured her name, because she deserves some extra recognition. She was a light skinned, possibly black, woman with short black hair underneath a hat. She also wore glasses. She was great. My food was excellent. The fruit was fresh and sweet as could be. I drove all the way from Alexander City, AL to get my meal and it was all I'd hoped for and more. I ended up ordering a large to-go container of the Sassy Scotty to make my trip all the more worth it. I highly recommend this restaraunt to any and everyone searching for a unique twist on the ol' chicken salad sandwich. Two thumbs way up

My favorite Chicken Salad Chick to visit! I love that they have a drive through option and the food is always fresh from this location! It's conveniently located, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and of course delicious food! My favorite chicken salad is the Fancy Nancy. We also love the broccoli salad and grape salad. Often we order takeout and get the large containers of each of these items (Fancy Nancy, broccoli salad, and grape salad) and take it home to eat one or two meals from it! Always delicious and refreshing!

They treat veterans first class on veterans Day. I've never been to one of these restaurants because there's none near where I live I just happen to be in the area and it was veterans Day. So I went and par took in the free veterans meal which was a sandwich and I had a bowl of soup and it was delicious artichoke chicken soup something It was fabulous. The chicken salad was delicious I had one with cranberries and almonds. And the people working there were friendly and the cashier was very nice and polite. Very respectful to veterans.

It is unfortunate I have to leave this review, but for the past few weekends this location has run out food, and it is not just one or two items but pretty much their entire menu. I can understand the first football weekend, but for the past two weeks they've been out of food. It is either an ordering issue or they just lack self awareness to purchase more food during football season.

Since it was a limited menu again last weekend I ordered the turkey club (which they had in stock) and the sandwich maybe had two sliced pieces of turkey on it. Disappointed in the quality of food and would not recommend eating here on game weekends.

Ate at this location on September 20, 2024. The Dixie chick salad sandwich was tasteless and the croissant was stale. The pasta salad was so dry I could hardly eat it and the grapes in the grape salad wasn’t fresh. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Every time I go to Auburn Alabama we always eat a chicken salad chick

they have the most fantastic chicken salad

I typically choose between fancy Nancy or the apple grape chicken salad

I always get the broccoli salad and I do add chips
I get the sandwich on a croissant add lettuce and tomato and it is just fabulous

Today started off rough and I had just wiped a tear when I pulled up to the drivethru window and met "Sonny". He greeted me with a simple "Hello, how are you?" and I replied, softly "ok". When Sonny returned with my food and my receipt, along with it was a "Get a free CHICK" card and a pumpkin cookie. Now I don't think that Chicken Salad Chic is giving away both of those things but I do think that Sonny was trying to make me feel better and he did, a little bit. Even though for the 2nd time now I haven't gotten the lettuce and tomato asked for, left feeling cared for and special! THANK YOU SONNY!!!

Out of nearly everything I ordered. Out of sweet tea. Out of classic Carol. Croissant hard and stale. No flavor to the pasta salad and it was also dry. Weak experience.
