Went on Friday brought chicken pork and beef ate the steak that night nothing to brag about but not their fault. However come Sunday the meat left started to smell rancid. I should note that I was told the ground beef does change color to brown grey this is normal but with the smell coming from the bag I did not want to chance it .I called the store spoke with a lovely women ( she was not rude at all or anything) but she was speaking with a gentleman in the background he said I’d have to use it or freeze it back Sunday. Umm 🤔 huh? The sell by date was not yet up I’ve never heard of this. I did request an exchange with my receipt and of course the meat back but that was not an option. There was no resolution only that you have less than 48 hours to cook it or freeze it even if it was already smelling bad. This was my first visit since I’m told new owners not impressed.

I've waited to write this review until we tried the purchases made one recent weekend.
To start, we were overcharged for one package of meat. Yes, we could have returned and requested it be corrected, but we are no longer local and chose to not drive the now long distance to do so. So, keep an eye on the cost versus what is rung up at the register.
The most disappointing purchase was the rabbit. It was frozen at purchase. We've had many other rabbits preserved in the same manner, but this one was so water logged that it had to be pressed to remove much of the water. The rabbit was not wrapped correctly for freezer storage. Anyway, it was not good at all. Very tough and dry.
We also purchased some sausages that had an excessive amount (as compared to other similar sausages purchases elsewhere) of fat.
And so on...
We'll continue to shop for a meat market, or source of good quality meat, elsewhere.

Not helpful, not customer oriented and staff and butcher don’t seem to want to help. Had a terrible experience there ordering a basic standing rib roast and getting what I ordered.

Just came here for the very first time because of a post in the WG Community page on Facebook.
WOW I am very thankful for that person to share because we have only been here for a year and I didn’t know about this place.

The prices are honestly unreal. So affordable!!

The person working the register was BEYOND helpful, kind and welcoming.

The selection is huge. After coming home and cooking up the steak we got… we will definitely be back.

This is probably going to be my go to for meats now!
I can’t wait for my in laws to move down so I can tell them about this great spot!
