Don't remember previous experiences but hadn't been in a while. Our dispatch got us an earlier appt. From 2 pm til 10 am. But they didn't finish me until right at 2 pm. Then when my light turned green I thought I'd go on up for my paper work. And he said I'll call you when it's ready. It was laying in front of him and when I got back to my truck they called while Im closing my doors. Then I go back and a woman with big red lips comes out angry asking if I ignored her call. I told her I was shutting my doors. After sitting already for 4 hrs they tell me they are waiting on product. It'll be 3 or 4 hrs. I was loaded. They took 2 pallets off right at the end. I don't know if they hate Sysco or our company drivers but I am always respectful. SMILE 😁 YOUR ON CAMERA. I'M NOT GONNA KEEP TAKING THIS CRAP.

I am speaking from my own experience. I have ALWAYS had a good experience here. They are friendly, I've been fortunate enough to be in a door before my appointment time, and I'm usually out before, or shortly after my appointment time. This may change the very next time I come here, and if it does, I'll leave the appropriate review to reflect that. Just remember that the produce industry as a whole is a total pain in the rear-end.

Because I had another pick up at desert fresh an I had to stay there for a really long time, I got here an hour after my appointment and they told me that I have to reschedule, the broker rescheduled for the next day at 9 am and I got here and checked in at 8 am, it’s 01 pm and I still don’t have a dock, I asked the lady at the check in how it’s possible if you missed and appointment by 1 hour you have to be rescheduled but you must be here on time so that you can wait 6 hours to get loaded. Stupid people I swear. I left at 4:36

They have parking for like more than for 50 trucks but the security guard told me to park outside for a one hour and come back again something like they don’t like us that’s what I was feeling bad management

Good guys! I arrived at 11:00, appointment at 16:00 The door was opened at 15:00 At 16:40 they called and asked to leave because they don't have 3 more pallets. It's midnight now. No one is going to load the three pallets. They don't give BOL! Happy Thanksgiving!
PS They promised to give me the door at 3.30!!! No comments...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had 10:00a.m. appt. Loaded on time, then told they were 1 pallet short and would be around 3p.m. before it would arrive. It's 5p.m. and still waiting for them to load 1 pallet.🤬

On 11/20/24, I had 11a.m. appointment time I arrived at 10:30a.m. was given a dock door assignment immediately after completing the check-in process. Was loaded with BOL'S in hand in under 2 hrs, not bad for a Produce warehouse. The people who check you in and out are not friendly, but it's the normal nowadays. Truckers understand this was a good day for me as y'all know it might be a whole lot worse tomorrow, next week, or next month.
