I would give a zero if I could. My daughter went into the store and was struggling with the self check out and asked for help. She’s 10 btw…… 2 of the ladies were extremely rude and did nothing to help. When I asked why they didn’t assist her, one continued putting up the cigarette boxes the other just looking like she didn’t speak English. So rude!!!! Not a good look Circle K. I will not be going back there. I manage a store and I would not allow my staff to treat my customers that way. The right way or the highway!!!!!

I'm in this store EVERYDAY and it doesn't matter who's working THEY ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS they need to hire another selection of people this one has got to be hands down the rudest store I've ever been to doesn't matter the time of day. If you don't enjoy your job quit!

I came into the store 11/19/2023 at about 8:05 am till about 8:24 am. You can check the cameras. The lady running the store said her name was "her" and she she was also the general manager. She refused to give out any info to who I could talk to about her nasty performance. She also started cussing and screaming at me saying she was going to call the police all because "her" runs this store and I better leave. I can't believe someone like this could even have a job. I was trying to pay for a drink and the machine wouldn't take the cash. I tried and tried but it wasn't working so I tried giving it to the lady that's when she got really nasty. A customer had to help me pay for my drink by giving me a different dollar bill cause the machine refused and the lady said she would call the police if I just left the $1,25 on the counter. I would love to talk to a manager or general manager about what transpired this morning.. plz and thank you

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit from this Circle K around 3:30am on 11/28/19. I started eating it while driving to work before noticing the smell. When I turned on the light I seen what you see in the picture. So after weeks of giving me the runaround, they're telling me, "I don't know what you do in your time, but there is no way that biscuit could be that molded. But yet there's a timestamp of 3:44am on the pic, with the part of the biscuit I regurgitated. But apparently I'm lying..... Hopefully you don't ever have this experience, because Circle K doesn't care about you.

This has got to be the cleanest store (6918 Al 69S) that I’ve been in while traveling or anytime really, in a long time. Everything was in place. The food looked fresh. Bathrooms clean and smelled great! I want to say Thank you to two ladies working Deasia and Cheryl! (My son said there was a third one but I didn’t see her)Thank you for outstanding customer service!!!
With all the in and out traffic, these ladies have their store looking excellent!!! Props to you!!

What gas stations turns away business because they can’t break a $100 bill This one does. But Mapco across the street was happy to receive my money! I will never spend another penny at this store!! You just lost a customer, thanks
