Unorganized and sloppy. Showed up 30 min early for my live load appt at 11am. After sitting in dock for 2 hours with no activity I asked what was going on. Turns out they loaded my freight on someone else’s trailer. Another 2 hours later I was loaded. Went directly to CAT scale and was 500 pounds over. Reworked the entire trailer and after ANOTHER 2 hours I was still 250 pounds heavy on my trailer. Complete waste of my day.

For a better part of 7 years I have worked with fuel/oil tankers so the loading and offloading is pretty easy to understand and there is not much interaction with clients administrators at sites….so I have no idea how freight works, so late at night, i was sent here with a piece of paper and in it a number I suppose to give to CJ Logistics receiving department and they will do the magic…….
Last Thursday I showed up with a wrong PO or reference number provided by the company I was working for, nor my dispatch or the broker had the right information, and pretty much they could sent me out packing and not waste their time….however Wendy, Juan and another young employee at their office took the time to trace what I was looking for it, even though it was not their responsibility to figure out the load with an incomplete information, but after a lot of clicking on their keyboards and calls they were able to find it…and after 10 hours on the road and with little time left on my DOT clock, I made it home on time…..
Thank you again Wendy and the crew for taking the time to help me…it shows and I appreciate you guys.

I had to wait for whole night last year to pick up the load; however, with recent load in and out within an hour, appreciate the nice behavior at entrance by security guard.

Came in for a 10:30 pm appt didn't get loaded till 2am. now the guard was sleepy and tired and walked off, cant even get my papwork what a night. Late for delivery.

This place is just here to extort and steals peoples money. Management customer service skills is very poor wouldn’t recommend. Everybody there’s seems like they on drugs

Fantastic job my impoetment was 3 pm but I reached there 6 o clock three hour late but security guy really nice and friendly he give me door and loading done in 30 minute awesome job
