Alvin and his crew are incredible hard scape artist. My vision for the perfect backyard oasis was executed to perfection. I am so grateful to Alvin for making sure that I would be pleased during every step throughout the process of my renovation. The care to detail and making sure that all of the textures came together, was absolutely perfect. He took the time to meet me at several design centers to make sure that I would be 100% pleased with the outcome. Which I am! Will be finishing the planting. Adding to the beauty of my backyard oasis. I cannot express enough my gratitude and recommend Cool Trimmings to create the perfect space to all residents of the Valley of the Sun!

Alvin is meticulous on his design and the placement of every plant, tree, light, boulder and rock - And I’m talking about down to the very last pebble. You couldn’t find anyone else will who care for your project as much as he does. He pours his heart and soul into his work. This is the second job we have hired them to do. I called and they were here the next morning to fix a water line leak caused by another companies negligance. We decided to have them upgrade the walk an add an additional one. Prices are fair, communication is outstanding. We are looking forward to working with them to complete the upgrade to our front yard in the fall.

Alvin and the team at Cool Trimmings are the best.

They actually know and love horticulture. My yard was landscaped by a different organization and within a few months several trees and plants were dying. Alvin stepped in to save the day! He moved a few trees, treated others and adjusted watering lines and fertilizing schedules. Now they are doing great.

His team cares for my yard as if it was their own.

I take advantage of his Seasonal Clean Up, pruning, fertilizing and applying some "green thumb" magic which keeps my yard in great shape.

I found Alvin when searching for a certified arborist for my newly planted Crape Myrtle that was suffering. His wealth of knowledge and his product/watering recommendations saved my beautiful tree!! Will have him out to redo my landscape irrigation later this year!!! Hire him, you won’t regret it!!!

We have a dwarf nectarine tree that was planted in the fall of 2022 that needed some pruning. A fairly small job, but Alvin was great! We were actually a little late in requesting a prune, as the tree had already started blooming, but Alvin shaped it nicely. He was even able to leave us some buds! He took care of our little tree, and even put down some fertilizer. He responded quickly to texts and arrived for the job exactly when he said he would. He is very knowledgeable and really nice. Cool Trimmings was a great choice!
