Had an issue with a product and all I was told was thats they way they are supposed to taste. If I don't like it take it back. Funny thing was he already knew what product I was talking about before I mention it. I've had canned olives from many other companies and they never tasted like the can and mushy.

Very irresponsible company. Had a problem with one product (very strong chemical taste) and they don't stand behind their products, they didn't even ask lot number or anything, neither provided any refund.
