Our half beef was sent here for butchering. We aren’t impressed. The ground beef was way over ground, and it’s a paste like consistency. Not a great experience 🙁

Excellent job done here by these folks. We purchased steak, beacon, sausage and some sauce. One of the best places I've ever purchased meat from. Packaged well, just overall very impressed. Lastly, most humble and pleasant people. 5 Star all day long.

Took 2 beef weighing 1300lbs for my customers there, hanging weights they gave me were for 1000lb beef, told me my hanging weights 2 different times and both times none of them matched up together. Weights for the halves should have been 100lbs heavier for each.
Then customers complained to me they charged more than what their price sheet said for butchering along with every person whether they got a 1/4 or 1/2 beef they got charged full kill price for a whole beef. Looking at what customers got back I feel as if 2/3 of them didn’t get all their meat back either. Been raising beef for a long while, tried these guys advertising a fair price in hopes to save customers money and instead only cost them more along with money out of my pocket for the missing beef in the hanging weights I get paid based on.

Best butcher in the area. He packaged up a couple pigs for me and it is by far the best sausage and bacon I have tasted and nicest packaged from any butcher shop in this area. Local shops in the area better start taking notes from this guy.

They will vaccum deal and freeze your deer meat! I love that! It's such a busy time of the year! They do a very good job❣
