Just put purchased a Club Cadet ride on lawn mower from this store. My last mower lasted about 17 years. With a track record like that, it didn't take long to figure out what would replace it. When I walked in I knew exactly what I wanted but still had some concerns. Marty helped me out and took the time to answer all my questions. Let me be clear, this man knows what he is talking about. One of my pet peeves is talking to someone who can not elaborate on a subject intelligently. He explained the difference between the fabricated and a mold pressed decks and the pros and cons of a 46 or 42 in deck. Needless to say, I was impressed. They offered same day delivery and had the lawn mower sitting in my driveway, fully gassed and ready to go by the time I got home. From start to finish, this has to be the one of the easiest transactions I have ever completed. Well done!

Nice to see an independent hardware store surviving. I always avoid Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, etc. as much as possible. The big guys don't have 8 ft tall dragons either!

Now I remember why I don't go here. Called looking for a part, they had it. The price was DOUBLE that of the manufacturer's website. I said, hey, that's really expensive, on the Husqvarna website, it's only $$ is there anything you can do? His answer... yea, go buy it from them.

Glad it wasn't just me that found the person on the phone to be extremely rude and arrogant. Called about a repair on my mower and was instantly told without question, "not to bother to bring my mower if I have x, y and z wrong with it, because it won't be covered by the brand's warranty." I'm sorry, even if any of those issues mentioned were the actual issue, I made mention that the reason for the appointment was to find out what was in fact wrong with the machine. I'm *guessing* this was the owner based on the other negative experiences mentioned in the reviews. Well, not that you care being you have such a poor, and careless attitude, but you already lost my business, and I'll be sure to spread the word that this is not the place to purchase from, or bring any repairs to. I'm calling the company that made my mower tomorrow to extend my complaint of this business, and to find a more reputable and reliable establishment that won't instantly turn me off based on a simple phone call. Holy attitude these people have. Can’t ask a simple question without being treated like you have 1 braincell. Maybe work on some interpersonal skills and you’ll have more customers coming in. Other than that, I came in to get my screens re-screened and they were able to do it promptly but not with a positive attitude.

I came here simply because it's much closer to my house than Home Depot or Lowe's, and I'm glad I did! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and quick to help me find the superglues. I selected a Krazy Glue, but got home to discover it had burst at some point and was already rock hard. I wasn't given a receipt when I bought it, so I worried an exchange would be difficult, but it really wasn't. I went back, explained the situation, and the man behind the counter went back to grab a replacement. He came back, explaining that all the Krazy Glues they had were bad, and they must have gotten a bad batch. He gave me the Loctite version. I offered to pay the difference (a couple bucks), and he waved it off and let me go.
I'll definitely be coming back in the future!
