Okay, so the people that work here are super friendly. That is why I’m giving 3 stars. But truck drivers, you will likely be here for several hours. I showed up at 12:15 for a 13:30 appointment, it is now 17:20 and I still have not made it into a door. I am the last truck sitting in staging. It took 3 hours just to get a parking spot in the staging area because they were so full. They do have a sign that says no dogs are to be out of the truck at the front gate. I have two fur babies and they were about to pop after being here for almost 5 hours. I asked a couple of gentleman that work here if I could take my dogs out and they were very kind and said absolutely, and that the company actually allows it. So, there was a bit of confusion there. Love how friendly the people are here but the wait times are lengthy so be prepared. No parking other than staging.

Updated review: Still just as bad. Don't worry about appointment times, they don't abide by them. You'll be here all day, and likely won't be loaded that day either.

Staging area completely full. Was third truck to arrive. All doors empty but no one was loaded for hours. If you're lucky enough to decline loads, DECLINE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

Make sure you have food for the day and everything else you’ll need because you’ll be here 5 plus hours at least on a good day. Under staffed and they book far to many trucks at the same time. If I could give a negative star I would .. INSANITY!!!

I honestly don't even know how to describe the pace here. I wouldn't say it's just slow, I would use the words intentionally slow. Watching the employees move here is like watching a movie that's been slowed wwwaaaaaayyyyy down. I honestly think that they dont even start picking your order until you get in a door, and just getting a door might take hours. Appointment times are totally irrelevant here. I was talking to another driver whose appointment was a couple of hours before mine, but I got put in a door first. The chances that you will make an on time delivery with this load are low, and the chances of keeping your next scheduled load are almost zero. I know there are drivers who have had ok experiences here, but it still blows my mind that this place is rated as high as it is. Their overall rating should really be below 2 stars.

Thank you so much to Mr. Bill Crider, who assisted me and my partner this morning. I didn't know whom he was until he introduced himself to me. This is truly what being a good neighbor, steward, and American is all about. He didn't have to go home and get something to help us, BUT HE DID.
A true blessing and GOD SEND.

Ben who's in shipping is TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL & should NOT be in his position. CLEANING TOILETS would be a great position for him according to the way he speak to individuals who has been waiting 4+ hours to get loaded & was an hour early for the appointment. I don't tolerate DISRESPECTFUL individuals NEVER, when I've NEVER disrespect u. However after sitting here to glory comes.. I will NOT let Ben's DISRESPECTFUL ACTIONS go unnoticed & I'll be speaking to the HEAD SUPERVISOR over the entire plant/warehouse & the HR MANAGEMENT TEAM here at Crider! BE NICE BEN & LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES & CHOOSE A WISE VOCABULARY ALONG WITH SMART ACTIONS. Oh by the way if I could've given this place a negative 1000 🌟 I would, definitely!
