Beautiful if smallish set of formal gardens on the grounds of a former estate located in the vicinity of Jockey Hollow. My wife and I visited on a late spring afternoon when everything was in bloom and were absolutely entranced; we ended up sitting on a bench and just looking out over it all for near an hour, but it can be thoroughly enjoyed in rather less time. Very nice garden 🏡 beautiful 😍 flower 🌻🌹 of all kind. Lot of varieties of wild flowers. Butterfly 🦋, birds chirping. It's a place of natural beauty. Near by water tower 🗼 has historic importance 🙂. When you walk around you get lot of positive vibes. Lot of people came here for professional photo shoots (pre wedding, family, kids ). They also sell plants (payments by mail cheques only). See pics and videos for more details. Parking is available for free. No charges to see the garden. It is made very nicely. Thanks 😊👍

Always a pleasure to visit this old estate. The gardens are full of subtle beauty in every season. The grounds aren't expansive but you can access trails to Jockey Hollow and the NJ Audubon.

This garden is a bit off the beaten path. However, it is a peaceful haven and we enjoyed our time there. The gardeners have planted native flowers such as black-eyed susan, echinacea and so forth. I liked the ferns also. We also saw that there is a water tower. This garden is worth checking out

My new favorite local garden. This time of year, it literally changes week to week. Botanical goodness in a dreamy garden. Well kept. No charge to enter. A sweet, short trail that loops around to the parking area to boot!

That is a very little place poor maintained.. no bathroom by the way. Only one water tower and abandoned small garden. If you should drive far it doesn’t worse.

A pretty garden though photographers set up on both ends of the collonade made it a bit challenging to fully enjoy the gardens. Water tower is very cool. Its a small garden and easily combined with other things.
