Had some flowerbeds that needed to be cleaned up and edged and then a pavered walkway built. Everything looks great but it was a struggle to get to that point! Originally I was told it would take a couple of days but ended up taking a week to complete. Communication with the project manager was horrible. The actual cost vs the estimated cost was several hundreds of dollars more based on assumptions made by the project manager. I never knew when they were planning to show up. The on site- contractors were very unprofessional. They left trash all over my yard, left water running from the water hoses (thankfully I noticed the water was running before calling it a night or else that would have been a nightmare to deal with), demolished the shrubs they planted in the flower beds to the point I’m not sure they will make it, laid up in my yard drinking on the job, the list could go on… Thankfully the job is done and everything looks great (aside from the shrubs they demolished)! Just hated the unprofessionalism and communication issues.

Jay from CTC Landscapes gave me an estimate that I accepted, Drake was helpful, the team did a great job, polite, they worked hard on one of the hottest day of the year. We are pleased with the result of the driveway crusher run but the top soil grading was a big disappointment. The "top soil" was "dug dirt" full of large and small stones and rocks. Make sure to ask for screened top soil dirt. We were not told that we would get "dug dirt" full of stones and rocks as a top soil. We were quoted and billed for top soil.

We used CTC for a sod job in our back yard. It took them over 6 weeks after saying they would be here to come. They destroyed our fence and front yard, took out a dogwood tree, cut through electrical lines and left everything in a mess after poorly laying the sod. We did not see Jay throughout the entire project. Only came to give us a quote and never came back to see what his guys were doing after many calls. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend Jay or his team. Drake was the best part of the experience as he was courteous and respectful of our needs. Only time we saw Jay was when he gave us a quote. The sheer lack of respect for the yard was distasteful. The sod will grow in but still looks poor. They were planning to leave a pile of dirt and pallet of side in my front yard before having them finish laying it out. The communication was nonexistent between the different crew we had in our yard each day to which no prior needs were relayed or addressed.

We are so happy that we chose CTC for our outdoor kitchen and fire pit project! The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Jay was always available to answer questions and give updates. He also has impressive design skill and vision, but was flexible to accommodate our thoughts and ideas. The entire crew at CTC are talented, hardworking and excel at what
they do. We will definitely use them again for future projects!
