Another great installation! Chris your technician was great. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Explained to me how my new Iron Removal System worked. He was very helpful. He cleaned up and everything was great.
I would highly recommend Culligan to my family and friend's.

Keith the technician was very informative regarding my issue. He took the time to explain what my current issue was and discussed how to improve my water quality. He is an asset to the Culligan Water Corporation and his technical skills should be used throughout the Culligan Water Services Department. I highly recommend Culligan Water Services to my family and friend's and already have.

I stopped in this week looking for a small part to finish some maintenance on my water softener. Unfortunately, they only sell this part in a larger parts kit that was pretty expensive. Their office staff checked with their service manager, who searched all through their warehouse until he found just the part I needed that was left over from a repair job. He was able to sell me just that part at a price MUCH lower than the whole kit. They took extra time and effort just to save me money. Thanks for going above and beyond! I definitely recommend Culligan.

June 27th, 2024, Thursday. We have a Culligan Water Softener System. We've had it for over 13 years, and it has been a great water softener system. We didn’t have it serviced yearly, but we will be moving forward. I had called the New Oxford branch. Today our appointment was from 1:00 to 3:00. Keith Hetrick called me at 12:40 and told me he would be there in 13 minutes. To me that was a very prompt service on Keith’s behalf. Keith did an excellent job servicing our water softener. He was very thorough, and he explained what needed to be done and what he was doing. I needed a new part, he replaced it, and got the system up and running. He is a very respectable, cordial and knowledgeable Technician. I would recommend if you needed a water softener, contact Culligan Water Softener in New Oxford, Pa., and a great Technician, just please ask for Keith Hetrick! We will see you in a year Keith! We had such a great experience and customer service from Culligan Water and our consultant, Anthony. He resolved the issue and informed us about the system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided a wealth of valuable information. This company is honest and trustworthy. They come to your house and test your water for no charge. If you fall at safe levels, they do not encourage you to purchase, but suggest an affordable option. I highly recommend them for their knowledge and business model ethics. We are grateful that quality service still exists.

An upgraded filtered water system was recommended to us based on potential existing RO being obsoleted. We agreed and are glad for the upgrade, but very disappointed in the lower water pressure at the fresh water tap at sink and frig. We wish more had been explained prior to install - especially considering the cost. This was a big investment for us.

Wow. Couldn't be happier. We had the works installed. Water softener, injection system, uv light,filters and reverse osmosis. Our well water feels and tastes so clean now. Very affordable. The technician that did the install did an amazing job. Definitely recommend.
