As a home baker, I judge cupcake shops by their vanilla cupcakes (hardest flavor to get right imo) and let me tell you, their vanilla cupcake is pure perfection! The cake is moist, the buttercream is fluffy like a cross between regular American buttercream and a stabilized whipped cream. The presentation was perfect with colorful nonpareils. I can’t wait to try the other flavors I ordered but I’m sure they’ll be delicious also 😋

We were staying at Massanutten and stopped into this cute little bakery. Staff were sweet and they had plenty of options. We got an assortment of cupcakes and a PuppyCake for our doggie. It was delicious. Will definitely visit again!

They catered my wedding at Shenandoah Woods and the cupcakes were a huge hit with everyone! Some of the best gluten free cupcakes I've ever had! Can't recommend them enough!

Tasty cupcakes and the location is great! However a better customer service is expected. Front desk person seems to be unhappy while we were there, not sure of the reason 😊👎

He was very nice, we came in right before close and he still was willing to serve us! Highly recommend if you are in the area, they have a large variety of selections of cupcakes and other sweet items that all look fantastic!

I cannot say enough great things about the Cupcake Company! We decided to get married about 2 weeks ago. The elopement/surprise your parents wedding turned into you better tell them wedding. We ordered a simple red velvet cake --- large enough to send some home with family, snack on during our honeymoon week, and freeze when we get home. This cake, you guys... there aren't even words for it. It was some of the best cream cheese frosting and cake I've/we've ever had. The staff was soooo friendly and super accommodating to our crazy schedule. I can't say enough how great this experience was from start to finish. If you want the best cake from here to Pennsylvania (and beyond), this is the place to go.

Sent my son to pick up my PREPAID order (called in to work) and the lady couldn’t find them. She insisted there were no orders for my name and was rude to him. She eventually found them, after I found the transaction on my bank app. First and last experience with this company. Hope their cheesecake GF sampler makes up for their lack of customer service.

new to the area and decided to see if any cream pies were available. Unfortunately they did not so I decided to grab some cupcakes. Pina colada is by far my favorite! Completely exceeded my expectations!
