2nd time picking up lunch from the Santa Ana location and I must give credit on their great service. My order was perfect, utensils, extra sauce, food was delish and best of all, great customer service. A friendly nice greeting at the take out window. 🙌🏽

Finally decided to go for it. I'm not a spicy food lover, always ask for #1 heat level for Thai and other foods. I had MEDIUM in the cauliflower and loaded fries we shared and light spice in the sandwich. I needn't have worried, they were all superb!! Medium is a nice tinge of hot but more flavorful than anything else. The cauli's were to-die-for good, the sauce is perfect for all and I'm glad I ordered a little cup of slaw on the side to cut the spiciness with. All the combos were all fantastic, juicy, flavorful and FILLING! Gotta do it again!

First time coming to this location and to be honest we weren't too sure about it. As soon as we walked thru the doors we were greeted with a warm and friendly, not scripted welcome. It was clean and well kept. We placed our order at the kiosk, which was quick and simple. Our order came out quickly, piping hot and tasting AMAZING! It truly hit the spot! While we waited for our food we observed the employees, used the restrooms and were beyond pleased with what we saw. The employees were all so nice, happy and clearly dedicated to Dave's and proud of their store and product. If there were not customers they were busying about cleaning and straightening tables. To me happy employees means, good management. Great Job to all on that Saturday afternoon of Jan 3 around 230pm.

Absolutely worst experience to get food if you’re a delivery driver or you’re picking up at late hours.
Therr is only single worker upfront who takes both orders and is supposed to give away orders but she’s backed up with people with no line management in place and everyone hovering over to get their order While halfass line is blocking her from giving away the new orders and orders are just staying there waiting

Everyone was sooo nice! And the food was so good!!! The chicken was so juicy and spicy! And the fries were well seasoned and crispy! We tasted the Mac and cheese and we really recommend it! 10/10 experience!

Initial entrance, I was welcomed by our wonderful cashier who was filled with kindness and a lot of enthusiasm. We were also given free Daves hot chicken holiday scratches. Although we didn’t win, it was still fun! The food here is always top notch. Fast service and a heartwarming environment!
