It definitely feels desolate in here and the Rainbow shave ice is Literally just ice maybe 1 pump of flavor at most it had little to no flavoring Also the Lady at the Counter had a attitude that was giving “Here damn” or “whatever there’s your ice cream” The good thing is that my BlueBerry Cheescake ice cream was Good

The ice cream tasted nothing like it's flavor, the strawberry was terrible. The shaved ice syrup was sour as well. I got cherry, pineapple and lychee flavoring and the lychee was the best, cherry the worst. The prices weren't bad, but I wouldn't recommend for a sweet treat. The lady working was also very rude to us.

Great value and absolute delicious 🤤 hula mud pie. We tried the taro which was just okay. It was nice to try this local and fun place with lots of interesting flavors. One of the best flavors was the more local coconut macadamia!

Today march 7, 2025 I love this place, the ice cream & everything but just something about the cashier man. Smh she was really unprofessional & a whole attitude. She makes ppl not wanna come back to this place. Should hire more friendly & great customer service ppl. She wouldn’t give me her whole name when I asked don’t wanna come back to this place with workers like this.

Place smells terrible, and the young lady has an attitude. We usually go to the other Dave's ice cream in Honolulu or Aiea, but we were excited when we found this one was so close to our home. Instead of the great experiences we had in the past at Dave's ice cream, we were hit with a bad smell and attitude. Won't be wasting gas to come here again, save yourself a trip, and go to another location. Also, you should put up a sign that says shaved icee won't be served until 2pm.

Super cool spot, has shaved ice and ice cream which was cool since not everyone wanted shaved ice. The ice cream had a very distinct taste that was different from store bought. Others said the shaved ice was very good as well.

They accept credit cards and cash!
As others reviews the service is really poor, they neither say hi to you, and at the final they expect tip? Maybe when they become friendly!
