I was not familiar with the local plant and nursery suppliers. So I visited several. By far Deep Roots was the best in all areas. Their selection of succulents was perfect. Plus I found just the right containers. Frank was fabulous on the install. The price was more than fair. Everyone I talked to was helpful and knowledgeable.

This shop deserves far better reviews than it has. The negative comments from ignorant people who don't understand how hard it is to run a small business and the costs associated with it when you're not a home depot or a Costco are astonishing.
This place is wonderful. The owners really love what they do, their plants are healthy, their prices are fair, and this is not a bargain hunting place. Quality products, great customer service, and friendly people are why I keep coming back.

If you don't like the prices, you have plenty of other places to shop - but don't say the quality isn't there. It is.

Bought a beautiful 7ft Xmas tree from them, one of the employees tied it to the roof of my car. While driving, it slid off the roof quite a bit. I pulled over and fixed it by detaching the 2 out of 4 ropes/strings that were tied to the pair of the back door latch strikers, and instead tied those 2 to the front door latch strikers, so all 4 were equally distributed. Then drove home effortlessly. But it could’ve ended badly. I hope you relay this message to the employees(the red guys) so they learn like I did, yesterday.
