I do appreciate all of the meat comes back vacuumed sealed, but I believe there Facebook statement “No community grinding, and every deer done one at a time.” is misleading. When my snack sticks were missing from my order the lady at the desk went and grabbed some from the processing room. I asked if that was actually my deer. She informed me that if I ordered 5 lbs of snack sticks, they pull 5 lbs ground from my deer and combine with other customers who also order snack sticks. Once it has all been turned into snack sticks and smoked, they pull 5 lbs out and put in my bag. That may not be community grinding, but that is community processing since I didn’t get my deer exclusively (if at all) in the snack sticks.

I took a buck to this place on Dec 20 2024 at 3pm. I order 3 summer sausage and deer burger..I picked my deer on January 2nd 2025. When I got home I had in my bag 7 packs of deer burger and 3 summer sausage. They kept the rest of my meat..I called 4 times they wouldn't call me back. I been dealing with deer a long time, u do not get 7 packs of deer burger from a buck. Bad Company
