Update: I did finally get an email with the $10 bonus card, fingers crossed that it works. Shame I had to do a review to get contacted. Wasted my time & effort for a measley $10 that was previously owed to me. Changing stars from 1 to 2 though they don't even deserve that. Thanks but no thanks. I'll still go there sometimes as a last resort but not my fave anymore, gotta do better than this!

I have contacted del Taco corporate office 4 times just this year & customer support said they'd expedite my request. Bought a $40 online e-gift card for their holiday promo to get a $10 bonus card, well the $10 bonus card was invalid & couldn't use at the store & it expired the end of January.
Very bad business all around, seems like they don't care about their customers nor want to retain them. I like their rewards program but not management service at their corporate office. Seems like the bonus cards are a scam. SMH never again will I take advantage of their holiday promo. Thanks but no thanks del Taco. Wish your company was better all around. Your stores are a lot better with customer service & food I'll give you that much.

I went through the drive-through at your facility in Menifee California this morning
The person gave me the food through the window purposely dropped my debit card on the ground, handing it to me on the bottom of the bag
I went straight from your store to the gas station across the street and realized my debit card was still there at your facility
I returned, went inside, and the person immediately told me they’ve never seen me before, and did not recognize me
I ended up looking on the ground at the drive-through and sure enough she had dropped the card on the ground while she was handing me my food
It’s a good thing I found it before she went out there and got it. I think you have a scam artist working at your store who has your debit card on the bottom of your bag intentionally dropping it on the ground

Well. Since del taco makes it so hard to contact anyone I'll just leave my words here. The app has tons of issues so leaving a complaint via online was impossible since the app would not provide an order number. The workers at some locations are grossly incompetent. I'm tired of wrong or missing items in my order. Uninstalling the app and never doing business with del taco again. Another lost for life customer.

I live near Raleigh, NC and terribly miss having my lunchtime “del taco fix” when I lived in CA. It’s so exciting that read that they are coming to Durham/Raleigh this month!! Yeah!!!

The 1 in Huntington Beach Yorktown and Main is supposed to be open 5am -4am if u go there in 5-6am they will not take your order drive thru or doors open. Should say you’re open if your employee isn’t working!

My family and I go to the location on carson in the city of lakewood frequently..The food is always hot and fresh and the orders are accurate..Victor (gm)and Juan are always friendly and hospitable..Good job keep up the good work!

All I have is the most highest praise for the Del Taco in White Hills, AZ.
I have been visiting this location about weekly for the last 6 months.
The restaurant has always been clean and Senara and the entire staff are extremely friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. I can't say enough good things and I will continue to promote this location because they deserve the highest accolades. Great job White Hills crew.....you are the Bestest.
