Heather was absolutely amazing! Our son is on the spectrum and she was patient, kind and every detail she got correct went above and beyond and the service was still quick. Good was great. The cook(s) are great we had the steak cooked perfect and breakfast. Best Denny's around.

Love this place. So great and open Twenty Four Hours all year long! Also a great delivery service. I ordered breakfast and lunch at times and the meal always arrives hot and delicious like homemade. When eating in the even when the restaurant is very busy the staff is always very friendly and attentive. I don’t know how they are so consistent but I am grateful that they are. I recommend Denny’s Bayonet Point location to anyone who wants good quality food at a reasonable price.

I honestly hate leaving such a negative review but I am hoping the corporate or at least the right people see this and take action.

My wife and I got here at approximately 1030 AM and the restaurant seemed like it was going to be a pleasant experience. Boy was I wrong. It took almost 30 minutes to get seated and have our order taken. Then it took another hour for us to get our food. I would’ve had a starving child if my wife didn’t order his food for pick up 30 mins ahead in order to avoid a huge wait time like we did.

Our server was a nice gentle old lady but I think she is better suited to manage the front desk than deliver food on those heavy plates. Her hand was shaking to the point where it was obvious that her hands were ready to give in. The reason why I say front desk is because from time to time. There would be a crowd waiting to be seated or finally pay for their food but can’t leave since no one was their manning the register.

Our server kindly apologized for the super long wait and asked us to please be patient due to the lack of kitchen staff, and a manager who was on vacation. When she mentioned the manager being on vacation was a reason for the slow service, I wondered to myself … does this place only function when this manager is around? What about when he isn’t? Is this the norm and acceptable standard? The receipt shows what time we left. And take notice, I didn’t even ask for a discount for anything. Discounts and free stuff can fix this place.

I went earlier today with my family a top of 10 and was assisted by a waitress named Brenda. She was kind and attentive, made sure everything was right and her customer service is unmatched! We are from out of town and this has been the best server we have had in a while. She deserves her flowers because she was truly amazing. The food was also great. Overall 10/10.

The food is delicious, the portions are fair, the service is very good, but they urgently need a general cleaning, the carpet smells disgusting, it's almost unbearable to eat here, I prefer to order to go.

Michelle is a wonderful server. She is kind, has always answered my questions while I was there, and is very reliable. Additionally, the food tastes great as usual, and the location is always nice, clean, and quiet! The prices are good too. Their double cheeseburgers are so much bigger and more filling than what you'd find at Five Guys for roughly the same place. I also like the lava cookie skillet and the oven-baked caramel apple pie crisp. They're pretty great for the price!

The only reason we still come to this location is because of Donnie. He is an asset to your team. We only come if we see his truck in the parking lot. He gives outstanding service, and even if the kitchen is slow, he makes the experience worthwhile. We have tried multiple times to go when he is off and had absolutely worse service. We are low-maintenance customers. Fill the drinks when the get empty. We understand you get busy or the kitchen falls behind, but if you just communicate effectively, people will be understanding.
