I just pulled a hamburger bun out of the bag that has a clear imprint of a finger that poked a.hole in the bun...I have pictures so I just want to know why you are so careless as to send this out

The product may be good but customer service sucks. You no longer place orders and receive them as with normal food companies. They outsource to personal drivers that might bring you what you want or they might not. We own a family restaurant and although we're not a million dollar company we still would like to get several trays of buns and sub rolls each week. Also we're right beside an IGA that gets deliveries every week so we're not out of the way. You can't speak to anyone at all the company. You're directed to drivers that either are 1. Rude 2. Tell you flat out that you're not worth their time or 3. Refuse to contact you at all. I guess this company has enough grocery stores to deliver to that family owned businesses are not worth their time. Because of this I won't let my family members but anything with their name on it.

They make lots of bread and then across the street is a place where they sell the bread not the big brown place but the place across the street where all the signs are on the building and also my dad works there and the boss
