Absolutely amazing place! It was my first time there with my husband. He showed me around. So many unique items and the people are kind and everything is fresh. So many yummy samples as well. Hard to find a parking spot because so many people are there which speaks volumes on how great it is

We love Detwiler's. Helping locals and reminding us of home is fantastic.

Whomever made the monster cookies we bought yesterday did a good job. A few weeks ago, they were not chewy and were too thick. The ones from yesterday reminded me of my Dad's. Yummy and could not stop eating them.

I visited this store for the first time and found my home for groceries and ice cream waffle cones. I will not spend $5.99 again for a scoop of ice cream. Detwiler's ice cream scoops are $1.99, and the ice cream taste better than franchise ice cream shops. I will drive the distance in traffic from Ruskin /Apollo Beach to this store. The butcher shop is vast with the most prime cuts of meat I've seen. The prices are reasonable at a time when the economy is inflated. The vitamin shop is great for me, and the sweets sold in the deli will make you wonder if your grandmother has sold the family secret. Try the carrot cake and the peanut butter pudding. Try the party mix snacks in the chips section. It is life changing for many families. Thank you, Detwiler!

Stopped here during our vacation, and I couldn't believe how amazing this store was! I would love something like this at home. Food was incredibly fresh, and the selection was great, too. We didn't use it, but the pineapple coring machine is new to me - so cool!

This new Detwiler's is a 10 in every way! The store seems to be bigger than other Detwiler's with a wider selection PLUS a new pizzeria with delicious pizza's. My personal favorite is the cheese counter. They also have an expanded bakery with a fresh hot donut area. Customer service is even better than Publix and checkout is usually fast.

Detwiler’s in Bradenton Location has a sales associate named Nicole, that is absolutely fabulous and provided an exceptional experience. Took the time to make a Brie Puffed Pastry, since there wasn’t anymore and made an extra one to freeze! She made my day by not only taking the time to make what I was looking for but gave me a a warm genuine expression that cannot be bought! Thank you Nicole!

I love shopping at Detwiler's. This is a brand new, recently opened location and it is awesome.

It's a little more compact than their Palmetto store. This location seems to be a bit more streamlined with a sushi bar, pizzeria, and a donut shop.

Like other Detwiler's stores they have quite a variety of fruits and vegetables. The meat counter was hopping like always.

I can't wait to go again.

We wanted clams and Detwiler's had just what we needed! The lady at the counter made sure each one was alive and gave me a bag of ice to keep them cool during the ride home! Now that's what I call customer service!!! Thank you very much!!! They were excellent!!! Roasted clams...delicious!
