I recently visited the Dollar General store and was appalled by the unacceptable conditions of some products. Specifically:

- Starbucks Coffee cans had maggots on them, which is absolutely disgusting and raises serious concerns about store cleanliness and product handling.
- The pork rinds I purchased were stale and hard, indicating poor inventory management.

I expect more from Dollar General, especially when it comes to food quality and safety.

The cashier did go check it out immediately after I told her about it. She was the best part of my experience at DG.

LOVE this store! It's so much fun just to walk around and look at the treasures they have there! Friendly staff and a great atmosphere! A must for my fellow bargain hunters/ treasure collectors!!! Must to shop!!!! Went in today they have kiddie pools and DEE Lish ice cream treats!!!

I always stop into grab something simple bc I try to avoid a lot of people ? buy it's remodeled looks nice but still they can use more employees to help keep up maintenance it's starting to look dirty and unclean

This store needs a new manager. Today I went in here to get some coffee and creamer. There was an old lady struggling with her cart so I helped her. She took a very very long time, about 25 minutes. All the while the line getting longer and longer. Finally, she doesn't have enough money so wrote a check for partial payment and closed out the transaction. People were visibly upset at how long this was taking and people were leaving to shop somewhere else because we all have things to do. I brought this up so the little girl managing this place threw me out. After I helped this old lady out right on front of her. She kept saying "lose the attitude!" repeatedly. No actually you lose the attitude little girl and start looking for another job because I've made an official complaint to corporate headquarters about this. They should've opened another register for a little while so no little girl, YOU can lose the attitude because it probably cost you your job. If I can't act like that at my corporate job, neither can you!

This store is very clean, well organized and stocked. A positive change since my last visit here over a year ago. This also includes extremely helpful employees, manger, and most certainly the new current District Manager who is dedicated above and beyond the normal in todays world with to show their customers that we are appreciated and valued.

Normally I get great service here. The young man today must have been having a bad day. He wasnt helpful and I am not sure how he expected me to carry the overfilled bags but obviously it wasnt his concern.

Totally disorganized store. Cashier was more concerned about her phone than customers. She literally answered a call as she was scanning my items & remained on the phone for over half of my transaction. I usually don't go to this location, but it was raining & I didn't want to drive the 5 miles to the one I normally go to.

For you basic house hold goods they are stocked well and usually no lines,some times you got to yell up a cashier and the parking sucks bring a brick.
