After a long hike and a drive up into the mountains, I was craving a steak. Lisa, my server, mentioned the rib special, and I bit. 😉

Atmosphere: 5/5 – Small-town, romantic candlelit vibe with soft country music that’s easy on the ears.

Service: Spectacular—my drinks were refilled numerous times.

A large rock-face firewall adds to the cozy dining lobby. The ribs? Delicious and packed with flavor—no dipping sauce needed. The ‘bark’/crust on the ribs was perfection. They were incredibly tender, falling right off the bone. The value for what I paid $20 versus what I received was exceptional. The free bread was warm freshly made and so good I had to stop myself from filling up on it.

Parking? No issues—plenty of space.

Bathrooms? Small and quaint, like something out of a cabin in the woods. The coffee☕️? Amazing—I had numerous cups, thanks to Lisa. 😇 I’ll be back to try that steak soon!

If you're craving a perfectly cooked steak, this place is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is warm and inviting, setting the stage for a great dining experience. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and offer great recommendations.

The star of the show, of course, is the steak. I ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was spot-on, and the sides (soup and fries) complemented the meal beautifully.

Whether you're a steak connoisseur or just someone who loves a good meal, this steakhouse delivers every time. Highly recommend!

Excellent restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and great food.
The service is great, for the most part, with the bartenders joking and treating you like a long lost friend.
Service can be a little slow and a little cranky if it’s busy.
Because the food is so delicious, it’s always busy!
An excellent place for drinks at the bar, a perfectly prepared steak, and good conversation.
Every time we go, we share the seafood skillet, which is amazing!

At first, I was kind of disappointed because we were there for a while and no one knowledge us!! no one got to the table and greets us! Suddenly but a young lady. By the name Aurelia step in and she gave us the best service ever she was very nice She apologize when I mentioned to her that we were sitting there for a while and she was very professional and gave us an awesome Awesome service! me and my wife told her that it was our first time and she took her time to walk us through the menu and gave us an excellent suggestion ! Food was very exquisite Will definitely come back to this place! Aurelia was outstanding!!!

I had been here before covid and had not had the opportunity to come back. This place is amazing, people are waiting even before they open. I ordered the lobster tail with steak. Ordered the clam chowder instead of salad. It was delicious and so was the bread ! I had to add a little salt to the steak but that okay, it was just fine once I added taste to my likes! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The creme brulee was my favorite but small once you put the spoon in😁I loved it all and hope I can back soon!

My husband and I had dinner at this establishment this afternoon about 5:00ish. Sarah was our server, she was quick, pleasant and friendly. She suggested for us to have horse radish with our ribeyes and it was the perfect addition to our meal. The ribeyes were perfectly cooked to our medium rare request and it tasted amazing!!

The chef even stopped by before Sarah brought our horse radish and said “I have some horse radish to go with that “ we told him Sarah was already on it. All the staff was helpful and our teas were always full.

We really enjoyed our dinner and will always come back when we are in town!

This is a restaurant you don't want to pass up! The atmosphere and staff are amazing! The main room has a huge stone fireplace and seating is spacious. The food was top notch! Definitely recommend the ribeye! They have a large amount of awards that they have earned and if you stop in you'll know why!

We have had great experiences at this place but this visit was unfortunately lacking. Came here on a Saturday night. Took a bit longer to get a seat, as they had empty tables everywhere but decided to sit us at a booth which had to be bussed. Server did not inform us that they were out of Prime Rib until we went to order. If you run out of something that should be the first thing stated. Ordered the calamari appetizer and what came out looked like a half order, yet the menu says a 1/2lb. It was disappointing as our party barely had enough to share. Would not recommend anything MP on the menu, as I ordered the 8oz Ribeye and 8oz Alaskan King crab legs & claws. When it arrived there were only crab legs, no claws. Were charged 87.99 for this... The steak however, was cooked perfectly. Also, got the side of Au Gratin potatoes, and again the portion looked like a half order. It was almost like they were running out of these Saturday only items, and just didn't want to let us know. Had we been informed, we would of ordered just the Ribeye and saved over $50. Service was friendly but that was overshadowed by the lack of portion sizes and the kitchen not communicating with the waitstaff on what food was limited or out. Future visits will leave us ordering just the 12oz ribeye and baked potato. Can't go wrong there.
