I’m a retired architectural engineer and have been on design teams that has built close to 2 billion in commercial buildings and have dealt with hundreds of service providers.
The person I met was rude and unconcerned about finding a simple blade for my John Deere lawn tractor. I was there for less than 5 minutes and have no reason to return.

Dick's Lawn equipment has been in business for many years. All they sell is used outdoor equipment so, if you're on a tight budget, this may be a place fora good deal.

Place is great, lawn mower wouldn’t start, they cleaned it, did an oil change, changed the gas. I took it home and it wouldn’t start, brought it back and they took it back apart and now it runs great. No charge for the second time around. Reasonable prices, quick turn-around and great service. Will definitely be back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought an used rider from them for $800. Got it home and it started once. Tried again and wouldn't turn over. Paid $160 for a mobile repair service to come out and tell me the started was bad. $800 to cut the grass once and Les told me "Hey that's what happen when you buy used". Hopefully this review will save someone else some money.

They might know how to do the mechanic job and fix the tools/engines, but they have a lack of good manners. No hello, thanks, or good bye. I got my mower repaired, but at a big cost. I went there for an oil leak, they didn't even provided me an estimate that I was willing to pay just for checking what was wrong. They called me telling I owed close to $250. They also changed the blade, and the pulling rope and charged me for that. When I told I didn't agree on what they did, the only answer was "Then what to you want to do?" I just paid and left and decided not to go there ever again.

Fast service but you have to tell them exactly what you need them to fix. Otherwise they will replace everything what they feel like needs replacement. You will be stuck with hefty bill to pay. $100/hr cost of labor, more than Chevy dealer charges.
