How are you ok with shipping a used worn basketball to make sales. This is horrible way to do business whoever is the manager here should be ashamed of themselves. FYI if you order from this retailer it will let you know if it is from a store or warehouse.

All I wanted was an all white Air Force 1 and I asked an associate to check to see if they had it. She says “you can check the kiosk and see if we have it…” and just walked off, didn’t even offer to help. I figured out the kiosk and waiting for 10-15 minutes but no one brought the shoe… so me and several other customers watched associates come out of the back room with no shoes in hand just walked past us. This was a trash experience! If I could give negative stars I would…

Great experience today. Great Staff!. They was friendly and very helpful. They thought the item I came in to purchase (bubble gum mouthpiece) was out of stock. Upon ordering it online, the item was showing one in stock. Hunter was able to locate it quickly, so I didn't have to miss TKD training.

Went to purchase the new Stanley cup star edition the cups were all in the back not front like always the cashiers were chatting away only one actual cashier there then one lady cut me off in line once ready to pay for my items the cashier failed to see the clearance chips had to fix that she rolled her eyes last time I go back I been a loyal customer there for the Stanley cups and the cups are smaller now 100 bucks for a 40 oz is ridiculous photo below shows the pink one i got a year ago the light green is the new one not seeing things it's alot smaller !

Nice and big place, staff is friendly and helpful but the prices is better on their website. I had to buy from their website as I found very good deal.

Walked into the store and knew exactly what I wanted, but I had to search for an associate to get the shoes for me to try on. I literally waited 25 minutes just to have her bring them to me! I saw her several times and asked twice about them and also even tried using the kiosk to request them. After finally getting the shoes, I presented a $10 off coupon when I checked out. What I didn’t realize was that the shoes were already on sale. I actually got more than $10 off the price but the associate didn’t tell me this and took my coupon (but didn’t use it!)!! I’m glad I saved more on the shoes but I could have used that coupon on another purchase! This was the first time I’ve shopped at Dick’s for myself (had previously bought something there for my son many years ago) and this was a very bad experience. Not sure if I will go back. 😥

Not having toilet in the women's bathrooms is foul. And then not having paper towels to even is even worse. I left before even purchasing anything, because how am i supposed to even shop if im feeling like i cant even wipe or properly wipe & dry my hands! Very upsetting

Tuscaloosa AL. Worst experience of my life. Nobody wants to work or listen to any of the customers. Repeatedly asked for a WOMENS SIZE and proceeds to continually bring MENS SIZE. Several different employees at that. I had $300 worth of stuff I was going to buy but nobody wanted to listen and each employee I dealt with was just flat out rude.
