Super disappointed in both the blueberry bushes I received as well as their customer service. I’m attempting to get a refund as I paid around $330 for 10 bushes that are not what was described to me.

I ordered the all season variety pack, so 10 organic blueberry bushes. I was told they would be 3.5’ in diameter and dormant on arrival. They were dormant on arrival but mostly a few stems a foot in “diameter” at most. The bushes arrived all packed together in a single box. I was expecting individually packed bushes as they were suppose to be 3.5’ in diameter each.

Their customer service also hasn’t been great. Whoever answers the phone and handles their orders and can both short and rude at times and doesn’t always answer your questions. I tried 2-3 times to find out when the plants would be shipped. I wasn’t told a shipping day just that I would be given a courtesy call when they shipped. I did receive a curtsey call however, I was not provided a tracking number in order to ensure I would be home for their arrival. They arrived early (in four business days) which was fine. I just wasn’t expecting them today as I was told it would be 7-10 business days for their arrival. A tracking number would be helpful.

For the price of these bushes at $33.80 a piece I could have gotten better, bigger bushes from Lowe’s. Really disappointed and not as advertised either verbally or through photos from their website.

I am currently following the directions that were given to soak them on arrival. There are 3-4 bushes in each bucket in the photos.

Not too happy with this last order of blueberries. I have ordered from them twice before and were green and lush plants, once in the spring and once in the fall. This order was horrible looking and at least half the size as the same exact orders before. I asked if they can put a sticky not on each bundle or anything inside so I know what variety they are, and I got the package unlabeled without a receipt whatsoever. I have no idea what kind of blueberries these are. They turned a customer from loving Dimeo Farms to now I won’t be ordering from them again. These photos were taken the day I got them after putting them in their sand/peat moss mix they recommend for the night until I can plant them the next day. Don’t expect any to make it through the winter. If they do, I’ll come back and update my post.

I bought 10 plants as per the website offer below:
"Ready to Fruit this Summer 2025. We recommend ten (10) blueberry bushes per household, so you have enough blueberries for fresh eating and freezing. We can ship you an "all-season variety pack" for a nice extended blueberry season all summer long."
I picked them up after driving 2 hours. The transaction was pretty smooth they didn't let me out of my truck. When I got home I noticed the plants had no variety tags. I called them and asked about the tags, and the rudely said "we don't tag them unless you buy 15 plants" and hung up. Their website did not say that! Now I really don't know what types I have as it is important to know so they can planted accordingly. Beware, check out reviews in tripadvisor.com and they have an F at the BBB.

Dimeo Blueberry Farm is the best! Warm, friendly and prompt service. This is an active working farm and are often very busy, but I found they will accommodate you very quickly. The plants are in great shape and priced decent. Well worth the hour drive!!!!

When you arrive, you just pull up to the sign and someone will direct you, if nobody is there you can call.

Then you head to the little shed to the right of the house to pay (cash only) and then you are off to pick your blueberries!

These are definitely organic, so watch for spiders (harmless).

That said I recommend wearing pants/high socks and boots to walk around the farm, a large brim hat also helps for the sun and don't forget the sunblock!

I recently visited DiMeo Blueberry Farm and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The blueberry bushes are exactly as described in the advertisement - beautiful and hearty, grown outside and ready for winter hibernation. Witnessing them thrive filled me with excitement. The farm's commitment to quality and natural growth shines through in every bush. I highly recommend DiMeo Blueberry Farm to anyone looking for premium, wholesome blueberries. Five stars without a doubt!

I was skeptical of buying blueberry bushes from half way across the country, but the lady on phone assured me everything would be fine for my area (4a). With one of the worst weather years in ND, plants arrived bareroot and I was even more worried. Followed instructions and plants began sprouting within 1 week. After 1.5 months moved outside when temperatures were better. The rest is up to me, but Dimeo Farms made good on promise "plants will sprout". Definitely would do business with this company again!

Update: After another brutal long winter, I was hopeful but not at ease about the blueberry plants I purchased surviving. Much to my surprise they came back strong and healthy. I also purchased some young plants from a big box store as well, which hardly grew at all. Both plants survived the winter, but do not look as good as the ones from Dimeo.

*update plants are growing wonderful and have had 4 pints of blueberries this year. These taste way better than store bought.

My father used to drive from NH once a year to get his blueberry bushes from DiMeo Blueberry Farms & Blueberry Plants Nursery. The bushes are still producing with minimal maintenance after a decade since he passed. I will be back this year to purchase some new bushes to plant this summer. My father loved to visit and talk about blueberries and how best to manage a crop in the harsh New England climate. I can’t wait to meet the amazing people in person!
