Terrible... My home goods have been in my state for almost a month and DMO has not answered a single one of my calls. I call them multiple times a week and leave messages in order to get my goods but have not gotten any response. It's starting to get a little ridiculous.

Answer the phone and give people correct answers when they need help instead of guessing. Also, learn how to book flights. They booked my 2 year old child, my wife and I all on different seats. At least 10 rows between each of us. They're response was "just wait to see if somebody will cancel their flight" instead of fixing the problem

They don’t answer much. Some people are rude. I’ve been trying to get my gov passport and I started emailing with the lady in October and finally got an appt in feb. She is helpful but terrible at answering emails. She would say she was out of town or wouldnt answer until I wrote her 2 or 3 emails saying I really need to do this and she finally responds. Overall a slow process from that lady but hopefully that changes and they get new people or add more people.

They hardly ever answer the phones here, there is no voicemail mail box to leave a message, if the line is busy it will ring once then disconnect your call. When they do answer they are unprofessional and answer the phone like you are bothering them.

Try and get your information from a minimum of three people here, and then go with the majority but still take it with a grain of salt. Do the online stuff early and then go to sign up for a brief.
