Coming from highway turn left sign says dole dr
Doesn’t feel like a truck entrance but it is. Slow down for their extra thick speed bumps.

Driver in front of me was told at least 8 hours wait time. Personally last pickup made me late and I have to reschedule.

Guard was polite enough. Get check in sheet to fill out from guard. And make sure you have your hi viz vest and check in sheet when you walk up to check in

There’s a Loves a mile away from here, or overnight parking here.

SLOW IT DOWN ON SPEED BUMPS! Very bumpy!!

My appointment was for the next day, I arrived a day early. It took them five hours to call me back for a door, I’m not complaining since they did take me in a day early. It took them two hours and a half to load me.

There is overnight parking if you look to your left when you’re in front of the guard shack.

The bathroom is in the drivers lounge next to burrito truck, across from shipping office.

There’s also a taco truck inside of the place, I wish the lady would of stopped talking so much with a customer. Some ppl are hungry. She did prepare my burrito very fast.

Plenty of over night parking I got held up yesterday in LA traffic so was 2 hours late for my appointment so they got me loaded today no big deal. I like getting loaded in Yuma there's a big variety of restaurants around, I was shocked to find a Filipino restaurant close by and several good massage parlors to dump the strain and stress of the road. If you carry a motorcycle with you there's tons of good desert riding in the area but I highly suggest carrying a satellite phone. Stay safe out there

Didn't have a very pleasant experience. Initially, I got docked at 3:00 and was done by 5:30, which was great. However, I was overweight on my fifth wheel. So I asked them to readjust the weight, but whoever was working was so unprofessional that he didn't change anything. After about an hour and a half, I went to the scale to check the weight; nothing changed. On the third attempt, the same problem occurred. My issue was resolved in four attempts, and I left half an hour past midnight.

Currently sitting here going on 7 hours, watching people coming in after me and going right on the dock when I was here early for my appointment. Told 15 trucks ahead of me well alot more than that have come and gone. Office staff is rude and doesn't acknowledge me even though I was being kind, don't know if they know I'm here or not because they won't even check if I'm checked in or say other than "We will call you". Maybe if I spoke Spanish I'd get acknowledgement and get loaded.

I check in 3pm appointment 6pm
They told me when the door was ready they call me but no one call me
9pm I go to the office again then they give me door and know 1am I am still loading i don't know how long it's gonna take
