Just left this pineapple farm tour. It was well worth the trip! Stacie was an excellent tour guide. We will definitely be back, plus we got a free pineapples to take with us. Call ahead to make sure they are doing tours.

Wonderful tour of Dole Food’s pineapple packing plant. Very knowledgeable guide, Stacie, on all things about pineapples. Nice little store sells fresh whole, cut, & juice of pineapple. Samples were available for tasting. Besides pineapple, the Tour Store also sells chocolates from Dole’s Waialua Estates cacao farm and their North Shore grown coffee. Don’t worry, they also have fridge magnets, t-shirts, and more.

The farm/processing tour was awesome! Very educational from when/how many are planted, time it takes to grow, how they know when they are ready to be picked, and so much more knowledge. There was no line it was only $15. You get fresh juice and cut up pineapple at the as well as a whole pineapple to take with you! All the staff/employees were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and answered the many questions my father and I had about the process. Definitely preferred this over across the street. The tourist attraction across the road was not bad. However, this tour educated me, which is the point of it. Across the road is more for nicknacks and bobbles tourist stuff like that. I 100% recommend this tour to everyone that has an interest in learning what they do at the plantation.
