Dr. Ho and his staff are incredible. They have helped me and are still helping me greatly as I navigate through the progression of Meniere's disease. Dr. Ho also performed a surgery to help me with my balance. So grateful for them!

Waited years thru my United Healthcare insurance to see a specialist in Tinnitus.
Waited month to see him . Went in today Waited over an hour to see him . He came in and gave me approximately 5 minutes of his time. Left with no resolve on all my issues that were all recorded on there patient forms.
Of course he was out of network.
Very unhappy with his visit and completely disgusted with my United healthcare for wasting my time with a Dr. that plainly showed had no time for my issues.
Whole situation sickens me to my soul.
Can't get get any resolve to my issues in the state of Florida.

Thank you so much to Dr. Ho and his staff! They are amazing! Always courteous and professional! Dr. Ho does an amazing job explaining his diagnosis and what needs to be done. He is very realistic about what to expect. He did surgery on my sinuses and deviated septum a month ago and it turned out even better than I thought it would! His office is also handling my allergy treatment which I just started and I couldn't be happier. Their office does the allergy drops (most offices do the shots only) which my husband started over a year ago and it has been much more effective than the shots he used to get. I'm hoping to have the same results. We recommend him to friends and family and are extremely satisfied with the great treatment we have received!

One of the best doctor's I've ever had. He did an excellent surgery and I had issues related only to my complex history. He is very gentle...most surgeons can be rough. Highly intelligent and knowledgeable. Had to return recently for a weird problem and so glad I went to him! And despite what was said here he takes medicare and Medicaid.

Not accepting any new patients. What’s the point of having an open practice if you don’t accept New people into practice. Are only except a certain number of Medicaid clients, greedy and very unprofessional. That should be the first thing you say when you answer the phone is we’re not accepting patients.

While Dr. Ho is a great ENT the one issue I have is that he keeps running around and just as you ask a question he runs around for 10 minutes and finally pops back. I really wished he completed an appointment at one time rather than going on and out of all the rooms.

I have been going to Dr. Ho for almost 2 years and am very satisfied with him and his staff! I had surgery for a deviated septum with a bone spur about a year and a half ago. Dr. Ho did the surgery and it went very well. I used to get sinus infections every couple of months and since the surgery I have only had 1 sinus infection. The surgery has changed my life for the better! I also get my allergy treatment done at Dr Ho's office. I do the allergy drops which I do at home. In my opinion it is much more convenient and effective than the shots! My wife also just had surgery with Dr. Ho and it went great! We recommend hi to everyone we know!
