We were treated like family by the staff and the other customers. So fun and we felt like we had a class on wines not just an explanation. Fun part was we were on the coast later that day and ran into the people we met at the tasting. So glad we joined the club and can't wait to go back!!!

Pinot noir specialists with a fantastic team and a very storied history. Look out for the Emerald Ridge and Redwood Ridge Pinot Noirs, but the ultimate sleeper is the Zinfandel...a very pinot-lover's zinfandel. Try it to believe. Would highly recommend!

We spent a couple days touring several wineries around the area and unfortunately this one was the worst experience. Even though the sign outside said "walk-ins welcome" when we walked in the staff stared us down like we'd interrupted them, and we felt anything *but* welcome. After taking a sear, we were told we could not do a tasting, but then some people who knew the staff person walked in a few min after us and were invited to do a tasting It was also *very* overpriced compared to other wineries nearby. The ambiance was frigid and elitist in contrast to other lovely, warm, welcoming wineries nearby like Harvest Moon and Suncé, where we had amazing experiences. We finished our glass and quickly bailed to the nicer winery next door, Red Car, because we felt so unwanted. The staff at Red Car mentioned they've regularly seen walk-ins turned away from their neighbors at DG, which like, if you don't mean it, literally don't post it on your sign. It was really unfortunate since we went out of our way to visit this place because a friend's family supplies the grapes for some of their wines, and the wine was pretty good, but against the other half dozen wineries we visited in the area, it was sadly the least pleasant experience.

Lynn was the best 🍇 tasting flight atrendant! So attentive, great stireis, and she knew the wine inside and out. The wine is superb and the tasting room has a relaxed yet classy atmosphere. We will be in to see Lynn again soon for these exquisit pinot noirs!

We had a private tasting for 4 people, and we all came away so happy. Our host was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The wine was excellent, and the cheese plate (all local cheeses) was delicious.
We highly recommend visiting Dutton Goldfield Winery.
P.S. we forgot the name of our host, he lives in Sebastopol.

Sign says walk-ins welcome but we were treated like we were interrupting their day. Also greatly overcharged for 2 glasses of wine. Do not recommend. Go next door to Red Car!

This place never disappoints! The wines are excellent and the staff is always friendly. On our last visit we were fortunate to have Barbara guide us through the days menu. She's as personable as she is knowledgeable.

Lucky us, it happened to be their Library tasting weekend. They were pouring the 2016 vintage. I'm pleased to say the wines are holding up extremely well. Nice to know they craft a cellar worthy product.
