Reading reviews I was expecting the worst, however, appt was 11am. Arrived at 10am, in door right away. Finished loading at 10:55am. Would be 5 stars except the no bathroom policy. I haven't figured out how I'm not supposed to have to use the restroom due to the Corona virus. Is that a symptom or something? Bad policy.

If you’re coming in from I 385 exit 22 sc 14, you’ll turn right on Abercromie Rd.

GPS will tell you turn left on Old Lauren’s at the stop sign. DON’T

Go straight across from stop sign. Stay on Abercromie Rd and midway of the building you turn left into shipping docks.

No restroom access
No access to break room

I arrived 3 hrs early and they put me in a door. I had called first to see if my load was ready though. She said yes and they would work me in.

In door 5 mins and they started loading. Feels like I’ll be out in less than 30. Mins if now I will update this review accordingly.

Small sign needs to be bigger but my bad for not looking at knee cap level. Once you miss it, you gotta go til u find Owing industrial and even then there's a sign saying no unauthorized trucks. There is a turn around area down in there before you get to the next company so that helped. Came back and nice lady at window at check-in. Got a door. Kinda fcfs seems like but could be a combo of things. I was behind. They are behind. Seems like a decent place. Still a no bathroom policy but yall oughta have that porta potty thing in your truck figures out by now lol!!
