Extremely professional service! We had some trees planted and the crew did an amazing job! All in 20° weather at that! When they were finished, it looked like they hadn't even been there and the trees grew there on their own! I will definitely use them in the future for any heavy duty planting needs! Eisler Landscapes designed and executed a large scale backyard project for us in the North Hills. The project consisted of 200ft+ of natural stone outcropping boulder walls, a 1,100sqft Bluestone patio, a natural stone wood-burning fireplace, and cedar pergola. Scott was the foreman for our project, he was great to work with. He was meticulous and neat, any issues encountered during the project (which are bound to arise on a job of this size) were quickly resolved, it was readily apparent that he is an extremely experienced/competent contractor. The owner of the company, Eric, couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating to work with, he was always available to answer any questions or clarify any concerns that I had along the way. I had 3 other well-respected design/build firms look at the project and we chose Eisler based on their willingness to source the particular natural materials that we wanted for our project and their overall attention to detail with respect to the design process. We revised the design a few times prior to agreeing on or our final plan; they were always accommodating and offered useful feedback during the process. Eisler was great to work with, they handled everything from start to finish including gas/electric/carpentry associated with our project. The masons brought in to build our stone fireplace were also meticulous and great to work with. I would not hesitate to hire Eric and Eisler again, and I plan on working with them to install a low voltage lighting system and large scale planting project in the front of my house.

I’m a surgeon by profession, a complete perfectionist (ie. very difficult to work with), these guys exceeded my expectations.

We used Eisler Landscapes to design and build a patio + outdoor kitchen island project in summer 2019. Our landscape architect, Jeff, worked with me for 6 months to develop a very detailed plan. He provided multiple options, and was very responsive as we refined the design. He respected my vision, and also gave excellent advice on design and materials from his experience. The work crews were very respectful, and did the best they could to clean up every day before they left. The quality of work is excellent- we love our new space! There were a few issues along the way, which always happens in large projects. Jeff coordinated having them taken care of quickly, and with no fuss. The Eisler team was the most responsive home improvement business I've ever worked with, and as a customer that gets into the details, I really appreciate that. I spoke with a few other design/build firms that were lower cost, but ultimately I am very glad I went with Eisler for this large (for me, anyway) project. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We did a backyard renovation 4 years ago. The foreman did an excellent job! However, 4 years later our privacy trees have been completely demolished by deer and the sod grass they put in has died. I am so disappointed that I personally did not do more research. After 4 years my corner yard should have privacy. Instead I’m fighting off deer and the nets and smell of fighting this deer is awful. I trusted that a landscaping company would place what I needed but I could not be more disappointed with the money we spent.

I am very happy with the services and products from Eisler Landscapes. From the time of my initial contact with them until the final work was done, they were excellent to deal with. Very professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable, extremely friendly, courteous, organized, prompt, accessible and responsive, great teamwork among staff, honest and thorough in their quotes and explanations. We chose them partly because they are an established multi-generation family business with a very good reputation, which counts a lot for us. I just don't have anything negative to say about them. They planted one good-sized red maple, one serviceberry bush, and five viburnum bushes. One of the things that impressed me most was that they also planted a smaller cherry tree for us that we hadn't even bought from them (it was a birthday gift from my wife's brother to her) and they did it without charge! That is outstanding customer service. 5+ stars, all the way.

We can not say enough good things about Eisler. The company was easy to communicate with and they were efficient. All workers were friendly and professional. They were honest, which we value greatly. If there was a mistake (as we all make!), they remedied it in a fair and timely manner. We would recommend them without hesitation and look forward to working with them in the future.

I called Eisler 6 months ago before winter 2020 interested in having home landscaping done. I was told I would receive a call back and never received a call. Spring is here and I still need landscaping so I called them again. Same exact thing with being told I would be called, then no one calls. I finally call 4 days later to follow up and I get randomly transferred to some Eisler gentlemen. In his words "Yeah, you know I have you on my list, and you know I don't have a sales guy out your way, so I have to do it myself...I haven't had time". First thing dude, your business is in Prospect, I live in Prospect, and you do not have a sales person for this area. That sounds ridiculous.

I continue the conversation by saying that I'd rather him be honest with me and just tell me he doesn't have time. He replied "Yeah, you know why don't you go ahead and do that". Not a good sign for a business in my opinion. I will look elsewhere.
