Oh my goodness, what great prices and tasty produce! I'm on a very tight budget and CANNOT afford Safeway. Now I can afford to eat! I have only bought meat once here and the service was fine, the chicken was excellent. The gals that work the registers have all been very nice to me.

Its rare when i shop here but the other day i went and saw el mexicano brand rice on sale 2 for 5.00 and bought it to realize at home it was expired for 2 months already. Went back told them i wanted my money back because it was expired and the guy behind the counter suppose owner told me that, that was the reason it was on sale because the rice was expired ? i told him your not suppost to sale expired food period. Never will I go there please check dates on food.

Nice little Mexican grocery store a bodega. They have good prices on produce. I probably would never buy meats cuz at the butcher's counter they are old brown and smelly. This is typical at the bodegas meat counter. The staff are friendly and bilingual. They have weekly sales. Good for a quick stop.
