My appointment was 2 PM and I got here 11 AM. I thought they will got me early but it’s not what I thought and I’m staying here until 6 PM now they don’t give me no door yet and there is not any other trucks and I’m still waiting I don’t know till when

Just got here! Skinny white girl with glasses at the guard shack was rude! Then some other guy came rollin around me in a red pick up with a huge belly shouting “come on park that Mfer” I have an appointment at 0600. Got here 0545. Very small rocky yard. All she said was find a place to park and they’ll come get you when they’re ready. I’ve never been here before so I asked what side of the building should I park on. She kept walking. It’s just not a friendly or professional environment imo. I can already see it’s not gonna be a good experience. Let me note this is Alabama. I’m as dark as they come and I haven’t seen anyone who looks like me as of yet. That could be the cause of all the nasty behavior around here. Be aware and be careful drivers.

Worst play yet I have pick up from. Arrived at 1040 for 1300 appointment. Lot was not ready. Ok. Was told be ready by 1600. Ok. 1800 I asked what's going on. Still not done with your load. It will be 1900. We'll is 1945 and yet not done loading. Almost a full10ht break here

My review is not based on the companys foods or services as I had never heard of them. And the 1 star was given just so my review could be posted and to make people aware. It is based on their hiring techniques. As I am a victim of identity theift and they had or may still have this person working in their facility. I contacted them several weeks ago about the incident send them all the information. I live in Texas and this person working there had my old married name which I have legally changed more than 9 yrs ago, got hired their, IDK what documents she showed or how she did it. Beening as advanced as our technology is now couldnt you have some type of away of finding out if they have legal documents to prove thier citizenship or more improtantly if they are them and not like my case doing a crime. I was told by their Human Resources that this person was no longer employed their but when I asked if she could give me some type of proof as to a written letter or email she quickly said she'd have to ask her manager which seemed odd. Never got that proof I need. All I ask Emmaus Is to be more careful when hiring. Illegals have ways of getting documents that arent theirs, they are easily purchased. Its not the case just by firing a person but a report should of been done, this is a crime, identity thieft is a big crime and punishable by law.....

I had a great experience...arrived 9pm for a 7am appt for the next day....either they're go getters or really needed my load...put me right in a door and I was mt within an hour...looks like they allow parking..plenty of room...if not go down the road to the fresh foods staging lot on the left side of the why...right beside a small truck wash...

Avoid this place for pic up.. they took my trailer for storage for 12 hrs, then the near truck stop was a petro 30 miles away of course I was overweight 83xxx.. I come back by 4:30 am, they open by 6, but the boss comes around 8, so.. I came here the day before by 12, my appointment was 5 pm... They took my trailer for storage around 2pm
