Had an 1100 appt got held up at last consignee my dispatch called and gave ETA for 1200 arrived at 1206 parked on Patriot st checked in directed to pull it in open doors and a real decent security guard likes to direct your backing into the lane to be loaded by fork lift no dock. Let him help he has done it a million times I’m sure. Very respectful people here. Enjoy!

Limited space to park on portable dock. Ring the bell. Someone will come to help you. Take 1 hour to load. Portable restroom available. No clean at all. Overall okay experience.

First time coming here for delivery 2pm appointment 1pm get dock 1hours for unloading too much tight place only have 1 dock

They seal the trailer and then give you paperwork and tell you the amount of pallets they put in even after you tell them you have other pick ups. Had an issue with this place that they loaded my trailer all the way and returned for them to unload some pallets and they didn’t want to unload anything on the trailer because the seal was broken. Be careful with security he’s a nice guy but will lie to keep the company happy. He will make up Lies saying you broke a seal when that in deed never happened.

TRUCKERS

Gaytan Foods is the same as this place. Enter through Parriott. No entrance from Encanto. Small lot. Wait until you’re motioned to pull into their property. Did I mention the lot is small? They only load one truck at a time and there are no loading docks. Just back in as close to the building next to the cones as you can and they use the pallets to push it further in the trailer. There’s just enough room for a sleeper tractor-trailer to loop along to not blindside back.

DON’T BLOCK the driveway. Leave enough room for trucks to get in and out. I’m sure some clown will block it anyway. I got loaded quickly. I was a little late, so thank you guys.

Worst place to pick up a load. No docks, rude security guard, load not ready. Complete mess. Appointment time was 11am, 4pm and still loading as I write this review. Advice to shipping department;
Have carrier drop trailer, call when load is ready. Stop wasting drivers time.

To begin with this place does not have a dock the trailer. They load with a forklift one pallet at a time but they don't want to get inside the trailer to organize the load. They want the driver to do it. No dock it's their product and they don't want to touch their freight figure that one.
This place does not deserve any stars...!!
