My husband and I recently visited Evesham Wood and had a fantastic tasting experience, thanks to our host, Chris. From the start, he made us feel welcome and at ease. His knowledge of wine and the region added so much to the experience.
His balance of informative and engaging conversation, along with a personal touch, made the tasting stand out. He very quickly honed in on our wine preferences and catered the tasting to our palettes. We joined the club and left with some amazing wines. For our first time in Oregon, this experience truly made our trip. Highly recommend!

As a person who has cellared, shared, and enjoyed wines from the WV for almost three decades, it was pure joy to finally experience the tasting cabin of Eola Amity Hills AVA pioneers Evesham Wood, with Chris.

We "geeked out' on WV and other regions, and I will return for these distinctive, terroir-driven wines, particularly for those rare, low production treasures that are not found anywhere else.

And as others have noted, great quality to price ratio. Bravo!

Visited Evesham Wood for a tasting and had an amazing time. I thought I had booked a 4pm appointment but it didn't go through for some reason (going to guess user error on my part). Even though they were not expecting us and about to close, they immediately accommodated us and made us feel at home.

The tasting itself was informative, conversational, and in a gorgeous setting (amazing view and atmosphere). The wines were delicious and Chris quickly honed in on what we preferred. In the end, he helped us build a case for shipping back to Texas and we grabbed another few, ready to drink, bottles for a family get together that weekend to bring with us.

Excellent quality. Very fair value. Good inventory, including older vintages. One of my new favorite Willamette producers. Will buy a case+ annually moving forward for my cellar. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Sarah helped us wih our tasting and provided us with a lot of information about the wines and grapes. She even showed us a baby cluster of grapes that will be harvested in a few months. Relaxed atmosphere, did not feel rushed at all. Great views of the valley and the mountains! Also great affordable prices for the bottles! Tasting fee was a great price @ $10/pp. Organic and environmentally responsible winery! Definitely have to try it if you are in the area!!!!

Another great tasting experience with Chris. We tried a mix of the Evesham Wood/Haden Fig Pinots and one Chard. The wines were great as always. Best part of the stop was Chris. He has great wine knowledge and it is always fun to chat with him. Some of the best pinots in Oregon and the prices are very reasonable.

Great tour at Evesham Wood with Chris, including time in the vineyard and wine cave. We sampled some 2014 library wines, all were outstanding! This was our favorite winery experience of our trip to OR!

I can highly recommend a visit here. The Juliet label was my favorite. Both the Pinot Noir and the Chardonnay are outstanding. Chris has extensive training, and he is an excellent guide in many ways, as well
as being an excellent communicator. I enjoyed speaking with him very much and appreciate all that he taught me. It is clear how much Chris
respects all aspects of Evesham Wood, and he speaks very highly of
the owners and winemaking team. The views are spectacular, the wine is high quality and the staff is super smart, but down-to-Earth. Every

Wife and I were treated to wine tasting by our Real estate agent at this wonderful winery. This was our first experience to a Salem winery and Chris the "Sommelier" made our experience very memorable. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you like "Pinot" and beautiful views then this is your place....
