It's really hard writing this review, because I have been a regular customer of Fairground Market for quite a while and have spent thousands here and used to absolutely love their food. Their hot food for the most part was always very good. However, the last few times I have purchased wings, they tasted and looked as if they'd been sitting for hours. When you pay as much as Fairground Market charges for wings, you hope they would have been made within the last 2 hours. In addition, I have purchased their cold lunch meat sandwiches and the last three times I have purchased them, they had rotten meat, so rotten that it smelled as soon as you open the container. It makes me sad that this is the case, and that the employees are not paying close attention to this, as it could seriously injure or kill someone. Fairground Market, please do better.

More often than not, you can find what you need here. Wings are the best. Spinach and mozzarella stuffed sausage in the cold case for your grill... if you're from out of town, this is where the locals go. A+

It’s like a lifeguard close to the cabins of Moraine State park. Small but big enough to find anything you want. Prices are so reasonable.

What a great marketplace. Always a favorite stop for a hot and fresh lunch ready to serve always fresh. My favorite is the bbq rib sandwich with a side of mac & cheese. I can always check off items on my grocery list as well especially with the fresh selection of meats for dinner...

We ordered catering for a welcome dinner the night before our wedding. The food was excellent, and everyone really enjoyed it. We picked everything up and they had it ready to go in large, hard-sided hot boxes which we loaded into the car and then returned at the end of the weekend. It was convenient, very reasonably priced, and delicious! Don't be deterred by how busy they are - this just goes to show how great the food is.
