APPT was at 1600, arrived at 1200. Took me in early to load my truck. As soon as I backed in the door, they started loading me within about 15 minutes. Just know that door 8 is tight getting into. Other than that, it was a pretty decent load-up and fast.

I pick up here quite often when I'm in Phoenix. Going to Florida, sometimes they get me out. The day before, my load is even supposed to go. Many times, they have gotten me out in the morning. When my load is supposed to be in the afternoon. the staff from security to the shipping are amazing. You have on-site, overnight parking behind the building and restrooms available. Very clean, a great place to go.

Place is big but very clean. You can tell they take care of their employees. The plus is that you get to take 2 containers home when you leave. This chocolate milk is my favorite, so it was pretty cool to be able to visit. They have a nice fitness facility and huge locker rooms. Restrooms are pretty clean.

You can show up 1 hour before your appointment time otherwise they turn you away. Nice people though!

Everyone seemed nice. Had a 3pm appointment. Got here and checked in at 12:30. Told me to park out back and they will call me about 3. At 4:45 went to office to see if they were running behind. The lady at the window told me she called me at 3:45 and talked to me to confirm load information. That was a lie. She did not call me and when I showed her the call log on my phone she wouldn't even look at it. Incompetent liar at the shipping window.

WORST SHIPPER EVER. For someone who produces cold goods you’d think theyd get you out of there before it melts in AZ, long story short got here at 9:30 am didn’t get in the door until 12:15.. They didn’t start loading me until 2:45 currently 3:55 and still waiting so long story short drop your trailer there and go get some food or get it before you go cause you gonna be waiting.. No if and buts about it they love with no enthusiasm ‍♂️ But the load was paying $9800
