I purchased a Red Dragon Japanese Maple tree and received a twig! I contacted the company after receiving and was told I had to fill out a form and to provide photos. I promptly filled it out and provided the necessary photos. I received an email within a few hours stating that the tree looked healthy and viable and that they would not allow a return or refund. This company does not provide accurate photo descriptions of the products you purchase! This is incredibly misleading so buyer beware!

My first two orders were great but this last order i received was disappointing. The plant was extremely diseased and not healthy looking at all. Please be careful what ordering because they don't accept returns of course and you have to wait a year before your warranty kicks in if your plant arrives alive. This will probably be my last time ordering from them. This Risk is higher than the reward.

I don't know why there's negative reviews I've had amazing results with this company I planted four red blaze maple trees 3 years ago they're huge I'm planning one more today to fill in the Gap I love this company as long as you follow the instructions get the plant in the ground immediately water it I haven't had a single issue not one tree has died. I highly recommend this company!

Edit: theyre definitely making it right for me by sending new trees for the broken 2. I did have to call but the lady that helped me was extremely understanding and very helpful. Thank you fast growing trees for being a good company to your clients. Ill definitely be buying more plants and trees in the future.

So far 1 star.bought 5 trees, 4 have arrived, 2 were damaged, 1 has cedar apple rust and 1 so far has nothing wrong. Iv reached out about all 3 and haven't received any responses. Curious if or how they will rectify this. I'm extremely disappointed so far after spending as much as I did. At this point I'd rather buy from lowes or homedepot.

A test for a shady operation, see if you can speak to someone about an issue with your order. They won't even talk to you unless it's to sell you something and they certainly aren't responsive to the required email you must send. Additionally, every box of plants was basically destroyed upon arrival as they go cheap on the boxes, no doubt to save a few dollars on shipping costs. Bottom line, I sure wish I would have thought to come here to look at their reviews instead of relying on the reviews they post on their site as I would have never done business with them. An update, they shorted me four trees on my second order and after leaving several messages and responding to their emails claiming they would address it immediately, 10 days have gone by and still no trees or update. These guys are indeed very shady.

SCAM ALERT, They Don't Send What They Advertise

I Ordered Arbequina Olive Tree (shown on their website as full, bushy tree with balanced branching)
What I RECEIVED was a single sided branch stuck in a pot. TWICE! This company is running a deliberate scam. Here's the timeline:

- I ordered a 4-5ft Arbequina Olive Tree based on their website photos showing a mature, well branched tree
- I received a pathetic single sided stick that looks nothing like their advertisement
- I complained 6 months ago with photos showing the obvious discrepancy
- Their response was to "give it time to grow" (complete BS because no amount of time will make a one sided branch grow into a balanced tree)
- I waited the 6 months as they suggested
- I then complained again sending clear photos showing their advertisement vs what they sent
- Their response was to Immediately sent a replacement without explanation
- I received the replacement, which was an IDENTICAL stick in a pot!

THIS IS FRAUD, NOT POOR QUALITY!

They're not selling young trees that will develop, they're selling branches and hoping you won't complain. When you do complain, they send another identical branch hoping you'll give up.

I have photos of both "trees" they sent, they're identical one sided branches with zero resemblance to what they advertise. Their own customer service admitted they "understand my frustration" but kept sending the same garbage.

The RED FLAGS where - 2+ month shipping delays, identical "replacement" proving this is their standard product, customer service that acknowledges problems but doesn't fix them, website photos that are completely misleading.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Buy from a legitimate nursery where you can see what you're getting. This company is counting on people being too polite to keep fighting or too embarrassed to admit they got scammed.

Don't let them scam you too!

I have made two orders with Fast growing Trees for Thuja Green Giant Arborvitae's. The first was April 27,2025 which was a full nice and healthy. So I purchased another on May 11. This Arborvitae we received was thin, sparse and you can see through it. I sent an email to the company as required with photos. They never responded. I called and was talking to someone in India. He told me to plant it and if it doesn't fill out them call back. I'm not satisfied with this response. I will not make another purchase with this company and buyer beware. The photo on the right is the first tree we received looks great. The left photo is the tree that just looks too sparse.

The only reason this 2 stars vs 1 is because the plants are healthy and came unharmed but they are nothing like the reviews on their site suggest. I convinced those aren't real or they were paid for their reviews.

All of these plants were at least $40 each. I would have paid so much less buying local. I have put in a claim for a refund but highly doubt I will hear back, if other reviews are correct.

I thought i had searched for reviews but this company must pay a fee to hide this area on Google because I didn't find it.

Stay away and buy local or better off Facebook marketplace.
