We've been customers of Five Star Home Foods for close to 10 years and I'm still one happy, happy customer. The quality of the meat, fish, even desserts is top notch, excellent customer service and so incredibly convenient. Friends come over to our house and see the meat freezer packed with so much "ready to use" meat and they say its like living in a restaurant. A bunch of them have become Five Star Home Foods customers, too. We are all thrilled. Price is right - I've done the math compared to our local grocery stores - HUGE WIN . With 4 kids and a busy family, Five Star is one of my favorite "mom hacks."

My family has been a Five Star Home Foods customer since the mid-90's and have loved it! Our needs have changed over the years as our family size changed to bigger then smaller. However, the quality of the food and customer service has remained outstanding. We took advantage of extra discounts through appliance purchases many years ago; the appliances AND the discounts are still working. I LOVE the consistent quality and individual packaging and especially NEVER having to hunt for quality meat that's affordable at the grocery!

The level of customer service we received after loosing everything in our freezer due to a power failure while out of town on vacation was top notch. Michelle and Bruce with the customer care department, listened to our concerns and after review were able to offer us a replacement of our items! Thank you for making an extremely terrible situation great and seamless!

Overall, the quality, value, and most importantly the convenience that is offered from 5 star home foods has been unmatched. The ability to have access to so many commodities of meats and seafood at our fingertips in our home is great! No more standing in the meat department at the store trying to decide what to buy for dinner that night.

This company has decent quality meat. Unfortunately they have unethical sales techniques. "Purchase cookware knives get a discount" there is no record of the sales price of the extras. For the amount we are scammed into paying the knives had better cut the food for us and the cookware better cook for itself. We have now called a 5th time to get the run around no one can produce the contract or agreement for the items that they say we purchased. With the supposed contract in place we are paying for these items we have not purchased meat in 3 years. No one will give us proof of the transaction.

I finely tried the food from Five Star Home Foods, after my sister being a customer for over a year. We received the food a month ago and absolutely Love it. The quality is awesome, the flavor of the meat is top shelf. Everything we ordered has been great.
The driver who delivered the freezer was professional and polite. He explained how to handle the food from freezer to frying pan. We recently had a problem with the freezer and Five Star Home Foods customer service handled it , and resolved the problem. I will recommend them to all my friends.

If I could give a higher amount of stars I would. Everything that we’ve ever gotten from Five Star Foods has been amazing. The quality of meats is top notch and so delicious. Having everything portioned out works so well for our family. The price works out to be the less than what we were spending by going to the grocery store. We can not recommend this service enough.
